Iris peeked from behind 'The Changing Wall' (or so Amy had named it) only to see Ruby already dressed and Amy still doing her hair. She wondered what the time was, she could really do with that clock right now. Ruby was dressed in her tight black dress with a silver belt wrapped around her stomach. It looked like she was wearing crimson-red high heels which all seemed very peculiar, seeming as her dress was as short as a Year 11's and the fact that she didn't like boys (she knew this from the fact that when she shot her a face when Charles came on, she laughed). Amy was dressed in a white top which was knotted together at the bottom and short shorts. It looked like she was wearing white smooth slipper-like shoes with small pearls on the bottom. Iris looked down at her poufy ball ground pearly white dress, was it too much for this occasion? She did have a mini dress with little poufy bits at the bottom but it clashed with her tiny white heels. Maybe she would have to use one of Ruby's. No. They would be too big. Hold on, she had that pair of black ballet flats. They would certainly go well with her mini dress. Then she would wear her hair half-up half-down. Yes, it was all coming together now. Now see, the reason it was such a task was that there was a new school system in which meant that there was a practice ball every night which you would be tested on how well you danced, how you looked and how well you made your entrance. You would be scored on everything you did and your scores would be counted up until the 8 weeks were over and the score you had would depend on your place in the Snow ball and the carriage you arrived in. So that was the big deal. Everything mattered. So Iris got her mini dress and her black ballet flats on and opened up on the conversation. But she didn't have time to be socially awkward and try to conversate. She had to do this hairstyle PERFECTLY otherwise her points would downgrade further down than they might of already been. She could save it with her pearl ear-rings and tiny silver flower crown. But then again everybody was wearing that. But then AGAIN she wanted to look nice so she settled for her silver flower crown and pearl ear-rings. Looking in the mirror, she curled up her hair whilst parting it up and tying it together with a bobby pin. Then, she took her hair and threaded it through the other piece of hair. She looked up. Ruby was already on make-up, Amy was as well. She needed to hurry up. She grabbed her eyeliner and slowly but surely started to brush it across her eye lid. The eyeliner stroked across her eye lid before she quickly finished off at the corner of her eyelid. All done whilst looking in the mirror. The makeup she used after that was all a secret though. All they know is the fact that she used a Sideshow Rose colour for her lips and an Icy Pink with some white glitter on top for her hey shadow. Then, they went off. And that, is when chaos can un-fold.
