The taxi pulls up to the house as the sun is sinking below the horizon,      (Y/N) exits quietly, retrieving their luggage from the trunk while Laurel pays the driver and thanking him for his time. As (Y/N) heads up the steps of the cozy looking house, she stares over at the mansion towering over the wall.

"Hey dad, was that something like what you lived in all those years ago?"  She asked, Laurel walking up the pathway.

"The house I lived in was larger, and more isolated, but the design is similar...I wonder who lives there." DIO says, appearing next her when his name was called.

"It looks lonely, do you think there's a large family or just a small one?" (Y/N) asks, the other two materializing as well.

"If your curious then use your soul vision, I'm sure it should be strong enough to see what they actually look like, given what time it is." DIO replied a small smile on his face, exited to explore the house when the sun goes down.

"That would be rude, besides, wouldn't want to catch the neighbours with their pants down, it would be twice as hard to be friends with them then... Best to wait and see you idiot." Caesar replies from her other side.

"Well excuse me salad head, I was just simply providing a quick and easy solution to my princess' curiosity." DIO sassed back, the two glaring at each other.

"Shut up dad, papa's right. It wouldn't be right to spy on them..." (Y/N) says, shutting them both down as a smug look appears on Caesar's face.

"See?" Caesar says watching DIO grind his teeth.

" But thank-you for thinking of a solution dad, if it were a mission, I would have used it." (Y/N) says quietly, sending a half smile to her dad, causing his heart to swell.

"When the sun goes down I'm going to hug you so hard!" DIO says happily, a shine in his ruby eyes.

"You did well today (Y/N). And you won't have to worry about him later." Wammu says, placing a spectral hand on her head, mimicking the hair ruffle that he and Jotaro use as a show of pride.

"Thank you father, I almost didn't react correctly, seeing Okuyasu again...it was rough. I wonder if he'll ever remember me." She says, her mind reflecting back on the day's events.

The three share a knowing look. Meeting him had changed her, especially when his brother said those words, sure she had heard them from adults, but coming from someone closer to her age...It had a whole different meaning for her, it was also the day her drawback made itself known. Laurel had by now unlocked the door and went inside, turning on the lights and making a mental note of what needed to be done. Yet (Y/N) had stayed on the porch, lost in thought, her Fathers already solidifying and heading inside.

"And I was so confused man! And she like came outta nowhere and it was awesome man!" A gravely voice pulls the blonde from her thoughts, directing her eyes to the noise.

She saw Josuke and Okuyasu coming down the block, hands in their pockets, a smile on Okuyasu's face as he spoke about her actions, astonishment on Josuke's as he listened. She watched as they paused Infront of the house beside her's.

"Hey, isn't that her now?" Josuke said, pointing in her direction.

"Huh?" Okuyasu looks in the way the pompadoured teen was pointing, eyes lighting up as he caught sight of her, by now she didn't need to be close to know that he still didn't remember her, but he still waved a large smile on his face. "Oi (Y/N)! Looks like we're neighbors!!!" A happy laugh sounding from the teen.

She froze in place, she had been trained in how to fight, but when someone was nice to her, she drew a blank.

'that should I do? Do I wave back? Do I walk over there? Fuck! Shit! J-just do something quick!' she thought to her self as she stood petrified, quickly her face hardened in a glare as she turned and walked quietly inside, dropping the bags at the door and closing it loudly.
