Panic Attack

"Hey big bro! Meet my new friend. (Y/N)!"

(Y/N) turns and looks at the boy who must be Okuyasu's brother and smiles innocently.

"Hello." She said

This entire time her Fathers had been present, but (Y/N) had learned to tune them out, only looking at them briefly from time to time. She knew only people with stands could see them, and since Okuyasu didn't seem to know they were there, she was safe to assume he didn't have one. His brother, however, she could tell by his looking at each of them, his face grew angry as he zeros in on DIO.

"Okuyasu were leaving." He said, pulling the small boy to his feet.

"Wait! I wanna get my happy meal!" Okuyasu said, pulling against his brother's grip.

Sighing the boy releases him, allowing him to sit down.

"Fine, but I wanna talk to your friend, come with me." He said turning to. (Y/N), who stood and followed him just outside of the establishment.

"Your dad is DIO?" He asks, fists clenched

"Yeah. Is that a bad thing?" She asked, tilting her head.

"Don't play that innocent act with me. Your dad destroyed my family's life, and if you think I'm gonna let you trick my brother, then you are sadly mistaken." He growled out

"What are y-"

"You.Are.a.monster. don't come near my brother or my family ever again. Better yet, just go off and die, save us all the trouble, got it!" He said, pushing her to the ground.
"Just leave now."

(Y/N) stood up, tears in her eyes as she bowed slightly.

"I'm sorry. I'll leave, have a good day." She said, turning away and walking, she didn't get too far before Okuyasu came running up to her, two red boxes in his hands.

"(Y/N)! Look! Our HappyMeals are here... Where are you going?" He says, holding the box out to her.

"You found your big Brother, I'm sure you gotta go home and I gotta go find my family. Bye-bye Okuyasu." (Y/N) said with a cheerful voice, hiding her hurt.

"O-oh...well take this with you your probably really hungry! And I hope you find your family!" He says happily

"Thank you..." (Y/N) says, taking the box from him with a smile, and turns to leave smile falling from her face as she walks away.

She doesn't get very far before she hears her name called again by the boy, she turns In the confusion, only to be enveloped in a hug from the boy, catching her off guard before hugging back.

"What's this for?" She asked as he pulled away, smiling big.

"For being my hero today! And to give you luck to find your family!" He said giggling.

"Any time, good-bye Oku." She said, smiling lightly at him and walking away happier, but still disheartened.

The words that Okuyasu's elder brother kept repeating in the girl's head, feeling strangely like daggers in her heart. She wonders how she could be a monster? Yes, she knew both her father and dad at one point tried to take over the world and had killed a few people, and yeah, she had too. But that was because they threatened the safety of herself. Does that make her a monster?

The girl sat at a bench to eat her HappyMeal quietly. She once again sat, observing the multitude of people that passed her by. She enjoyed the flavor of the food, but the frown didn't leave her face, doubts clouding her mind. In her distress, she accidentally activated her stand's ability, causing the man she had killed 2 months ago to flicker into existence in front of her.

"W-what is this? You! You did this to me!" The man started screaming

The girl tensed up, her heartbeat speeding up, breathing getting shallow. She was afraid of this man, she had killed him when originally she was only supposed to fight her, but he had said things that the foundation told her were grounds for her to be able to kill him, so she had done as she was told. It wasn't bad, was it?

"You're lucky I'm dead, or I would call my superior and have you dismantled like the test subject you are!" He screamed at her.

Panic set in as she could see the blood still gushing from his neck where she had sliced it open with her stand.

"I -I'm sorry." She croaked out before hiding her face in her knees, taking gasping breaths.

Her Fathers' words were unable to be heard as her fear gave the apperation more power, her stand trying to pull him back into the void, but struggling.

"(Y/N)! Oh my god there you are!" A voice sounded in the distance, it was Laurel, she scoops the shaking girl into her arms. "I'm so sorry, where did you go? Are you hurt? Why are you shaking?"

"M-momma? H-he won't leave me alone...B-black Magik is trying to put him back, but he won't go." She shudders out, eyes unable to leave the apperation 's form.

Laurel follows where (Y/N)'s eyes are and tenses up. She had heard about this man and what (Y/N) had to do. But seeing him, it made her wanna gag. It seems as though when (Y/N) gets upset, her darker secrets come out and sends most of her power to them, while the brighter aspects, lose power, as shown with her three Fathers who were only able to talk at a whisper level.

"Shhh. Shhhhh. Starshine, don't look at him and take deep breaths, I'm here, it's going to be alright." Laurel whispered into the girl's hair as she hid (Y/N)'s face in her shirt and rocking her back and forth, trying to drown out the man's yelling, she softly sang.

And after a few minutes (almost an hour) the girl's fear had dissipated enough for the three Fathers to help her stand to push the man back into the darkness, Caesar punching him as they finally succeeded in getting him in the portal.

"That's for making my daughter cry!" He said before the four came over to Laurel and (Y/N). "Bella? Bella, it's okay...he's gone now...can papá see your beautiful face?"

(Y/N) peeks out of it slightly, sniffling lightly, but giggling when she sees the faces of her Fathers, as they were all goofy, even Wamuu joined in.

Both girls began laughing as Caesar and DIO continued trying to cheer up their little girl, while Wamuu had stopped and stood by the girls, watching the other two seeing fools and trying not to smile.

"Okay, okay. I think it's time to go home." Laurel said, chuckling as the now panting apperations, who only nodded.

Turning, Laurel made her way to the front, where the car sat waiting. As soon as the other two women saw them, their faces lit up and they ran over, Holly scooping the girl into a bone-crushing hug.

"(Y/N) we were so worried!" She said, spinning around with the little girl in her grasp.

"M-mrs. Holly! Please be careful!" Laurel said, her worry kicking in.

"Okayyyy!" Holly replied, setting the now dazed girl down, allowing her to stumble from how dizzy she was, only being stabilized by Suzie Q's and gently being placed on her head.

"Come on, it's time to go." She said after looking into the girl's eyes for a few minutes then ushering her into the car.
