Hope/ Nicoles POV

“Nicole. Is that really you?” Courtney asks

I nod yes and Sonja gives us a confused look then she asks “what’s going on guys?”

I want to run away, but there was no way out. I can’t even believe this is happening right now… just my luck…

“yeah Nicole like to explain? I thought you were dead?” Courtney asks with a hurt look

“I never said that in my note…”

“yeah but you made it pretty clear…”

“I didn’t want you guys to come after me.”

“you could of told us you were alive, we wouldn’t of told Louis if that’s what you wanted.”

“you don’t get it! I wanted to start over! So I could be happy again!” I screamed at her, I don’t really have a lot of patience these days…

“well you don’t look very happy! I doesn’t look like you’ve eaten in weeks! It almost looks like as if you want to die! As if anyone cares!” Courtney screamed at me, she had a point no one does care…

“I’m so sorry I didn’t mean it like that! Please just forget I said that, I was mad!” she begs

“I doesn’t matter you right anyways…”

“no I was not okay Nicole, that was horrible for me to say that and none of it was true. And a lot of people cared when we thought you were dead. Louis broke up with Maddie because of it, he hasn’t been himself for weeks now. You have no clue how much he misses you.” After Courtney said that that gave me a spark of hope that me and Louis could get back together, but then I remembered how much pain he put me through, I know it could never happen again.

“then what do you want me to do? Go through everyone’s reactions after they found out I faked my death, what about my family? They will never want to talk to me again!”

“Nicole everyone will be a bit shocked at first, but they will be way more happy than mad. You really should stay. We really miss you”

“you think so?”

“I know so, now please come in and talk to Kati and Adina!”

Then Sonja comes back in to the conversation after just looking at me stunned “wait so let me get this straight, you and Louis went out, then you faked your death and came here?”

“well a lot more happened inbetween, the reason I faked my death is because my current boyfriend at the time left me, Louis didn’t want anything to do with me, and on top of the I had no job and no money.”

“oh wow, I’m sorry”

“it’s okay, it’s not like you did anything”

“well let’s go inside now” Sonja suggested, Courtney already went in and joined the rest of the girls and now it was my turn…

“um hi guys” I said while avoiding their eye contact, if they couldn’t see my eyes they wouldn’t know it’s me.

“Nicole, look at them.” Courtney insisted

“wait did you just say Nicole?! Nicole is that you?” Adina asked

I looked her in Kati both in the eyes and once they realized it was me they ran up to me and surrounded me in a hug

“God, I thought you were dead!” Kati said

“How much weight have you lost?” Adina asked while they both pulled out of the hug and examined me.
