The new morning in the house brought the sun rays enter the house, peaking its way to the every corner. Lola was rummaging through drawers to find glasses, wearing an apron over her last night clothes.. She was humming a tune as she was engaged in pouring juice in two glasses, after getting out glasses from the cabinets. .

“ hey!” a not so familiar voice whispered in her ear,  hands snaking around her waist from behind. Lola sighed smiling lightly placing  the plate on the counter.

“I missed you!”  few kisses were trailed from her neck to her ear.  Lola giggled leaning back turning her head around.

“Woah Woah! Not in my kitchen guyz… Not in my kitchen “  Dylan exclaimed huffing at the end as he walked in the kitchen.

Lola pushed Shawn as he chuckled. Lola's face bright red as she coughed, turning around flipping the pancake.

“and by the way make some more. Really hungry ” Dylan mumbled as he opened the door of fridge.

“Dylan, I need to ask something… Well more like tell you something “Lola said placing her hands on her waist glaring at Dylan who was chugging a glass of water.  Lola totally forgetting about the pancakes.

“well hello to you too” he mumbled as he placed the glass down looking at her with an eyebrow raised.

“You hurt Heather yesterday.. How could you. I really didn't believe it at first.. But,...”  Lola sighed rubbing her eyes. Shawn looking at the two with keen interest.

“You are a grown up man.  I don't expect that from you. Okay!?.. I hope it was just an accident and won't happen again… ? “

“Am sorry? “ Dylan's eyebrows were furrowed as he looked at her.

“you better be”

“I am gonna let that slip this time. But I hope there won't be next time. Am I clear? “ Lola pointed a finger as Dylan pursed his lip nodding.

“crystal clear… “

“I don't get it.. What really happened? “ Shawn finally broke his silence

“Heather accidently burnt her hand. And now your wife here is showing me the ways .” Dylan replied rolling his eyes.

“by your fault”

“is she a child? Since last time I checked she was not” Dylan sassed back as he flailed his arms around, like he always do when he gets annoyed.

“she is not. But you definitely are a grown up. All am saying and wants you to be careful. That's it.”

Dylan raised his hands in surrender shrugging as he sighed.

“morning” Heather mumbled cheerfully as she walked in, making her way to the counter and sitting on it.

“G’Morning”   Shawn and Lola greeted her back.

“thinking of the devil” Dylan muttered warning a chuckle from Shawn.   It was a good luck since Heather didn't hear it.

“what's up? “

“were talking about a certain devil “ dylan replied scoffing.  Heather hummed raising her eyebrows.

“I wonder, who might that be!? “

“anyways,” Lola interrupted

“ So how is Luna?” she  asked while placing the plates  full of food. she looked at Shawn with raised eyebrow to which he sighed and shrugged.
