I have a month left until I'm in labor and Oak Quit his teaching career so he can be at home more. "What's wrong?" Oak is leaning against the counter staring at me with his arms crossed "you're beautiful" he walks up to me wrapping his arms around me and kisses my cheek. "I can't wait to see them" he presses his lower half against me "same here. I can't wait to have you all to myself again" I feel his hard bulge against my butt "Oak this is how we end up with another bun in the oven and you get so surprised." He pinched my bottom "I know this time I'm serious I will wear a condom" I look at him curiously "you mean a vasectomy?" He smiles "yea sure" I feel his hands go down to my shorts and he starts sliding them down along with my panties "Oak I'm a month away can't you wait? Plus the kids are up" he shrugs "I told them to stay in their rooms until I call them down. I told them I have a surprise for them." I raise a brow before I could ask we hear water spilling on the floor not just any water. Oak and I look at the floor "shit I'll get my keys" he puts his sweats back on and run up stairs. I slide shorts back on and the contractions hit "Oak hurry!" He comes running down almost falling down the stairs. "Ok Daveed is on his way to watch the kids" I bite my bottom lip from the pain. "Breath Lyra" He helps me out the house and Dav rushes out the car "good luck you two!" We get in the car and he drives off "AAAAHHH! Oak I hate you for this" He rolls his eyes "I know you tell me that every time you're in labor."
We get to the hospital and they put me in a room "you're not there yet but you will be just keep your breathing steady." I nod my head "Oak" I feel him grab my hand "I'm right here baby" He kisses my forehead "you're doing great."
It's been an hour and the doctor comes in with his assistants "you are ready" he puts on his gloves and mask "ok on the count of three I want you start pushing ok?" I nod "1...2...3" I start pushing and of course it hurt "again" I push again then take another deep breath and start pushing again. "You're almost there" I push again and I hear crying. Then I start wincing in pain "oh did I forget to mention she's having twins?" The doctor frowns and looks at me "he's such a great husband" I laugh at his sarcasm but it quickly changed to pain "ok" he instructs the other nurses. Everything is set up "ok you ready to push?" I nod and start pushing. "You're doing good baby" I continue to push and hear crying. "I want to see them" they lay them in my arms and they're peacefully sleeping. "What do you want to name them?" The doctor asks "Robyn for the girl and Jay for the boy." Oak holds Jay after giving me a kiss "they're small" I laugh "yea they are, but they're very healthy." I stay in the hospital for a few days and go home so they can meet their new family. "Everyone we want to introduce you to the new members of the family. Meet Jay and Robyn!" everyone take turns looking at the new borns "any more babies?" Lin asks and I shake my head "nope we're done right Oak?" Oak smiles "yea" Lin laughs "ok whatever you two say." After everyone leaves I take the babies up to their room and lay in bed with Oak "I go to the hospital tomorrow for the vasectomy" I nod "are you ok?" I nod my head "yea I'm fine" with that we go to sleep.
The next day Oak left to the hospital and I'm sitting with Vanessa as I breast feed the twins. "Do you think he will get the vasectomy?" I laugh "of course why would you think that?" She laughs "well... Lin was supposed to get one and we ended up with Sebastian. He cancelled his appointment because he was scared of the operation." I laugh "Oak will do anything for me" she laughs "including getting his balls cut open for you?" I pause thinking about it "exactly" maybe she's right. I will ask him he will be honest with me.
