-zachs pov-

    I walked off, not bothering to hear what she has to say. she can't just show up and expect me to listen to her. "UGH!" I kicked a few rocks on the path I was walking, a voice startling me. "can we talk? please." char. "no. why the hell would I want to talk to you?"

She sits down on a bench off the path. I sit next to her, "I'm really sorry zach. I don't expect you to forgive me but it's hard being insecure and having people tell you that you aren't good enough."

  "why didn't you come talk to me? I would've helped you." she lets out a sigh, "the truth is, I believed them. Zach I was never good enough for you. I was never good enough for the boys or chris."

"char that's not true. don't ever say that again." she stands up, a tear falling from her eye, "I'm s-sorry for hurting you zach. I-I love yo-you so much." my heart stops, I swear I can't breathe. "I'm going to go." I try to make words form as she walks away. Nothing comes out of my mouth. I walk back to the boys, a sob escaping my mouth. "oh god lets get you home. I-I didn't think it would be this bad when I saw her."  I nod and follow them out of the fair, keeping my eyes locked on the ground.

  "okay who's driving? corb?" Corbyn gets in the drivers side, everyone else getting into their assigned seats. I'm in the back with Jack, he puts a hand on my shoulder. "I'm sorry bro."

  I stare out the window for the rest of the car ride, music blasting through the radio. 'next up is  i hate u, i love you by gnash.'

           'I'm still missing you'

         'realize how much I need you'

       'I hate you, I love you. I hate that I want you.'

     'messed around and got attached you'

        'I hate that I love you'

       'I hate you, I love you. I hate that I love you.'

We got to the house, I walked straight up to my room. not bothering to take off my shoes by the door. I decided to take a nap, maybe it'll help. I slept for about an hour before jolting awake. Only one thing on my mind.

                 "I love you too."
