Marinette slammed the door, throwing her bag to the ground. She grabbed the nearest pillow and screamed into it.

"Woah, what's up with you?" Marin chuckled, slipping on his t-shirt.

"I'm so tired of all this fucking drama," She threw the pillow on the couch, "And you."

"Wait, what did I do?" Marin sat on the chair as Marinette plopped on the couch.

"I feel like you don't trust me," She frowned, hugging a pillow.

"I trust you."

"Then what's your big secret?"

Marin stayed silent.

"Marin, you're my brother. Whatever it is, I don't care. I love you no matter what."

"I -. Marinette, I'm -. See, the thing is I ..." He bit his lip, wiping his hands on his jeans, "Marinette, I'm ... I'm gay."

Marinette sat up, "What?"

"I'm gay. I ... I like boys."

"Oh."

"Oh? Just, oh? I shouldn't - I shouldn't have told you." He stood up to leave.

"No, I - I just don't know why you thought you weren't able to tell me."

"I just didn't want you to look at me differently," His eyes watered.

"Marin, I don't care who you love or date," She hugged her brother, "As long as you're not an asshole."

He chuckled, tears rolling down his cheeks, "I love you, Marinette."

"I love you, too, Marin," She kissed his cheek.

"Also, I have a boyfriend."

"Oh, yeah? Who?"

"Nathaniel."

Her eyes widened as she fell back onto the couch, "I'm a fucking idiot!"

"Yes, you are. But I kept it very hidden," He shrugged.

She covered her mouth as she was hit with realization, "Oh my lord. I confessed to my brother's boyfriend. Oh my god."

Marin laughed, "Yeah, that's awkward."

She giggled, "I gotta go. I'm meeting someone tonight."

"Does my baby sister have a date?" Marin fake gasped.

"Uh, we'll see," She bit her lip, "Love you, asshole."

"Love you too, loser."

Marinette smiled and ran upstairs to her room.

"God, this is gonna be awful." Marinette sighed.

"This is a terrible idea. Maybe I should just stay home," Marinette sighed, tying her hair into a bun.

"You have to, Marinette. He still is Chat Noir. You two need to work things out so your lives aren't in danger." Tikki handed Marinette her phone.

"I know," She stuck her phone in her pocket, "Let's just get this over with. Tikki, spots -"

She was cut short when there was a knock on her door.

"Uh, who is it?" Marinette asked.

"Adrien's here for you, Marinette." Sabine answered.

"Oh ... okay," Marinette looked at Tikki who just shrugged.

Marinette walked downstairs. Adrien and Marin were glaring at each other. She grabbed Adrien's hand swiftly and dragged him outside.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" She closed the door.

"I was worried you were gonna bail," He scratched the back of his neck.

"No, I told you I was gonna go. I actually keep my word."

"Right," He awkwardly put his hands in his pocket, "So, since I'm here can we just ... walk there? Together?"

"I-. Fine, okay. Let's go," She stuck her head in the door, "I'm going out! Be back soon!"

"So, explain yourself." She huffed as they walked.
