My parents and I went to pick up Sam and we are now heading back home with Sam in the backseat with me, he is sleeping on my shoulder right now because he was very tired after the flight.

I was silently looking out the window minding my own business quietly singing the song that was playing on the radio, but then my mom interrupts me with a very horrific question

"So why didn't you tell us you have a boyfriend?" She ask

I choke on my own spit and give her a mortified look through the review mirror

What boyfriend is she taking about? Since when did I get a boyfriend?

"What boyfriend are you taking about? I don't even have one" I laugh at her very silly question.

"It's that boy, Blake? Aren't you guys dating?" She asks

"What? Why would you say that? We're just friends" I explain

I wish me were dating though...

"Oh but I've seen the way you guys look at each other, it's quite obvious you're dating" she say

"Mom for the millionth time, we're just friends" I say

"Alright, but I totally ship you two" she says while smiling at me

How the hell does my mom know what shipping mean? It's kind of weird...

"How do you know what shipping is?" I chuckle

"Oh Sofia has been teaching me all these stuff" she smiles

We left the house at 8 and we reached my house at 10 in the morning and as soon as we reached I woke Sam up so I could get out the car since he was resting his head on my shoulder, once we reached inside Sam went straight to the guest room to take a nap, he told us that he was feeling very tired from the flight.

So I decided to laze around in the living room and watch some random show that was on the tv, once it was around 12 I decided that I wanted to go and get some ice cream for myself from the ice cream parlour.

So I told my parents that I was heading out and I would be back by around 1 or 2.

I walk out the door and head for my car.

I get into the drivers side and back out from the drive way and head for the ice cream parlour.

In about 20 minutes I reach the parlour, I park my car outside and head inside the parlour, my eyes roam around the room until they land on something.

A few meters away I see Blake, Conner and Rose sitting in a booth and chattering.

In confusion I start to walk up to them.

What are they even doing here? Weren't they supposed to be in school?

"Hey guys" I smile

"Oh Ava, hey, what's up?" Rose says

"Oh nothing, I'm just confused as to why you guys are here? Aren't you guys supposed to be at school?" I question

"Oh we skips school today" Conner says

"Really? Why?" I ask

"Because we didn't want to go to school after we found out you weren't going to school" Blake says while scratching his neck and giving me a toothy smile.
