Yes after many people told me to publish Sigma/Star...I finally did! Volumes 1 & 2 have been compiled into one big book that you can purchase in paperback from lulu.com (search Sigma/Star), as well as other book sources soon. You can also buy the ebook from smashwords.com by searching for it, a much cheaper alternative to the paperback (but nothing beats holding a book in your hands!). If you ever catch hold of me or come near Toronto, I'll always happy to sign copies of the book!
