Ok.

These people are idiots.

Levi thought as he surveyed 10 teenagers sparring with one another  under the supervision of what seemed like a horse man. They had plenty of space, and Levi noted that there was a door connecting to the castle where the trainees probably came from.

He quietly shifted in his spot in the tree, never taking his eyes off the people.

As much as he wanted to, Levi couldn't just barge in there, attack everyone, and kill the Prince.

No-, he had to observe the castle for a bit to see weaknesses and which way would be the easiest and quickest way to kill Eren Jeager.

"ALL RIGHT, CLASS IS OVER!" A female voice ordered.

Levi saw Mikasa walk out from the door and talk lowly to the horse boy. Everyone else stood in a straight line silently.

Clearly she is capable of handling brats.

"Okay, class is done for today because of King Jeager's request for higher security. Please head to your assigned  stations," Mikasa ordered.

Levi couldn't see the trainees faces since they had their backs turned on him, but they wouldn't budge.

Mikasa glared at them all and they all started to slowly walk through the door and inside the castle.

Horse boy was about to follow after them, but Mikasa stopped him.

"Jean, I want to personally train with you. Is that all right?" She asked.

"Of course."

Levi sighed silently. At least this is some form of entertainment...and a way to see how Mikasa fights.

He watched intently on how Mikasa moved. She wasn't as quick as him but, from how Jean winced every time she hit, he could tell she was strong.

That or Jean is extremely intolerant to pain.

She mainly used her right side, like most people do, striking with her right arm and right leg.

5 minutes into the spar session, Jean began to tire, Levi noticed. And it seemed Mikasa did too.

She took her chance and grabbed his right arm with her right, and flipped him with her left, leaving him groaning on the dirt floor.

Mikasa gazed right under Levi's hiding spot. Levi frowned even deeper and slowly covered himself more under the tree's leaves and branches.

"Mikasa...help?" Jean asked weakly.

She nodded and handed out her hand. Jean gladly grabbed it and Mikasa hoisted him up.

"Good job, work on your stamina," she advised before letting go of his hand and walking inside.

Annoyingly, Levi had to watch Jean go stiff then shout for joy, thinking no one could hear him.

"YES! TAKE THAT JEAGER!" Jean shouted as he punched the air.

Jean then happily bounced inside the castle, allowing Levi to jump down the tree and follow him inside.

"I want to meet Historia Reiss," Ymir commanded.

She wanted nothing more than to meet her again. Ymir started to run her fingers through her short hair and tap the throne's arm rest impatiently.

"Well?"

She scowled at the messagener boy in front of her. Only he wasn't a boy, but a grumpy middle-aged man.

"Your highness, I repeat once again, the Riess family is on tight lockdown because of the attempt of one of their guest's life was made recently. I highly doubt they will accept any-"

"AND I AM COMMANDING YOU TO DELIVER A MESSAGE TO THEM EXPLAINING MY TIME OF ARRIVAL!" Ymir yelled. She stood up from her throne and walked to the now fearful man.

"Do you want to lose your job?" She asked coldly.

"N-No-"

"Then do as I command! Go!"

The messenger bowed quickly and rushed out of the room. He was scared, but wearing an angered face.

Ymir huffed out of annoyance and sat back down in her throne.

"Stupid Idiot..."
