Maddy

I was heading to the market, shopping for medicine. I winced slightly holding my stomach. To think I'm only seven months, almost close to being a mother. I saw Ulysses selling medicine to the poor. I smiled and walked over.

"Good day Ulysses, how is the business?" I asked

"Been good as usual miss Eden... how's life going?" he asked

"It's been good, do you have the vitamins I asked for?"

"Why of course, but may I ask...why do you need them, your perfectly healthy? He asked

"Well, I'm pregnant. And I want the baby healthy for Breckin's
coronation, I'm due around that time."I replied

"Well then miss Eden, I praise good luck for you and your kin," Ulysses said handing me the bag. I smiled.

"Thank you, Ulysses"

"Anytime," he said. I started to walk home to the portal smiling and walking through. I went to the doorstep and walked in the house seeing Breckin asleep on the couch with a book on his face. I smiled and slowly got on him gently taking the book off his face and stroking his hair.

"I'm home darling," I said kissing his forehead, he held me close slowly waking up

"Morning my robin..." he said tiredly

"You've been staying up again haven't you," I asked

"Guilty as charged my robin...how's our baby?" he asked

"Kicking" I replied. I hugged him smiling.

"So how about we visit Elizabeth and Deckerd soon?" he asked

"Work...work...work...that's all you been doing babe," I said massaging his shoulders.

"I know...look I promise well have fun when we come back." he stroked my hair as I smiled. He started to massage my wings as I lay on my back with him on me.

"Ok babe we'll go but my Eden needs a vacation," I said stroking his hair. he rubbed my stomach, I felt his warm hands, I smiled.he smiled kissing my neck, I held his hand, purring.

"Our little one is growing, "I said. Breckin smirked and got up as I took my vitamins. Then seeing Breckin get dressed.

"You gonna get dressed? He asked

"Yes, babe I will. I said smiling
