Thinking about it now, it is my fault for not noticing earlier. It is my fault for not preventing it from happening, when I had a chance to do so.

Now I have to deal with consequences of not hearing him out properly, of not questioning him, not noticing that he was losing his mind.

It is absolutely, entirely my fault.

So it's only fair that I lose my sanity too.
