Midnight Danger's

Ellatt's POV

I looked around to find every one with a nervous look on their faces except for Diane who had her arm raised with an excited smile.

"Hey why do you guys look like that, is something wrong." I asked them cuase I was clearly confused.

"The rules are pretty simple, if you pick truth than you have to tell the truth or we will ask Elaine to use one of her abilities."Diane said with a bit of a creepy smile on her face.

"If you pick dare you have to do it no matter what. Oh I almost forgot you're allowed to use your abilities for this game alright." And with that we started the game. Up first was diane.

3rd P.O.V

"Alright then, let's see Elizabeth truth of dare?"diane said.

"Um, truth I think." She said.

"Elizabeth is it true that you have a crush on the captain?" As soon as Diane said that Elizabeth's cheeks were instantly red.

"I'll take that as a yes then."Diane was now smiling at her.

"Alright now its Elizabeth's turn." Diane continued to say.

Elizabeth P.O.V

"Hmm, Ellatt truth or dare." I asked my twin. She was now nervous, I remembered when we use to play this she always had the worst luck.

"Alright, truth." She smiled, she was trying to take the safe route, but with me that's not the best option.

"Okay, is it true that you that you used my laptop when I wasn't looking." I smiled at her like a child would to get out of trouble.

"Maybe," She said as childley as possible. I simply told her not to use my stuff with out my permission.

"Let's see Elaine truth or dare?" Ellatt asked her. Elaine chose dare and knowing my sister I knew what she had in mind.

"Elaine I dare you to sit on Ban's lap for the rest of the game." Elaine was surprised at the dare and even blushed a little, but she did it nonetheless.

After a few more rounds of the game we decided to call it a night. The girls slept in Merlins room since it was big enough to hold them, while the boys slept in the living room.

I woke up around midnight in a quick sweat. I had had a nightmare, I decided to wake up Ellatt and see if she had an idea of what might of cuase it.

"Ellatt, Ellatt, Ellatt." I whispered in her ear her reaction was saying something about cake and then woke up. "Hey is it morning already?" She asked while rubbing he eyes.

No, its about midnight. I had a nightmare and thought you might be able to help. She nodded and we both went to the kitchen to talk.

"What was your dream about." She asked. "It was about the day mom left." I said but immediately regreted it when I saw her flinch a little. She told me that what happeneds in the past stays in the past and, no matter what she would never leave me.

"Thank you Ellatt, you always know what to say to make me feel better."

As we were leaving the kitchen to go back to bed, we heard the door knob shifting. We both stayed quiet for a while until it stopped. That's when we heard the door knob shift completely as if opening the door. I quickly turned off the kitchen light and we both hid were we could.

My first thought was to wake up Meliodas. As I was about make a run for it the stranger grabbed me, I tried yelling but they covered my mouth. At this point I was crying my eyes out for anyone to help me.

That's when I saw Ellatt hit the stranger in the head making them release me. As soon as I got out Ellatt grabbed me and we ran towards the hall way were it was dark.

As we ran, we heard them running after us. Just then I tripped on air, I cursed at myself for my clumsiness. Ellatt turned around to help me up but the stranger was almost to where we were.

Ellatt bent down and grabbed something out of her pocket. It was a beautiful silver bell that had vines and roses wrapped around it. She rung the small bell and said "Þú, sér, lind, ásynja, burt, eimi, og."

Just then I saw a light coming from her. The stranger was hitting the barrier as hard as they could that's when out of nowhere they were sent flying. I turned my head to see Meliodas and Merlin.

"Absolute cancel." Merlin said and with that the barrier was gone.

"Are you girls okay." I looked over to find green eyes staring at my blue one. I simply nodded as they helped us up.

"Captain I'm going to trap the attacker, if you dont mind." Merlin said, clearly calm.

"No I dont, go ahead." He said, she simply nodded and said "perfect cube"

We went back to Merlins apartment and were greeted by all the sins in the living room.

"Hey what's going on, why did you guys just leave and didn't tell us anything." Diane yelled.

"Calm down Diane, I'm sure the captain has his reasons." King urged her. I unconsciously peeked into his heart. He felt love for Diane but was embarrassed and shy to tell her how he truly feels.

"The truth is, remember when Elizabeth all of a sudden passed out?" Meliodas asked and they all shook their heads in agreement.

"The reason for that is because of the random attacks that were reported in the last week. Since Elizabeth has a strong sense of magic that ties to her emotions. My guess is that she accidentally connected with all three victims." Meliodas finished explaining.

They didn't even question their captain or Merlin knowing the answer they would get.

"Hey um, Merlin where is the guy you trapped?" I asked her, she simply pointed to the closet. I sighed and asked if it was okay to let him over here but tide up. I could see she was thinking about it for a few seconds before nodding.

Meliodas and Ban went to grab the man who was tide up and with a blindfold on. They set him down on a chair. As an extra procaution they tide his feet to the chair as well. Ellatt and I both just sweet dropped thinking this was going overkill.

Merlin took the blindfold off the man as well as the mask he was using. The man had short spikey purple hair with yellow eyes, he wore black jeans with a black shirt.

I suddenly turned my head as Meliodas started to speak.

"Now who are you."
