"i love you."  i said and kissed him, "i love you more sky.. you don't even understand" he said and looked at me, we were laying on the grass in my backyard looking up at the sky, talking about the shapes of the clouds, getting blinded by the sun.

"i've never loved anyone, like i love you." he said, i looked at him, his eyes were shining and his hair were resting on the side of his face

"i'm sorry for everything that happened." he said and held my hand

"i'm sorry for disappointing you." he said again

i forgave him. for everything he did. it was hard but, it was worth it.

he's the one.

chase is the one.

i woke up confused from the dream i just had.

it was the forth night of dreaming about chase. i didn't know why i all of a sudden was thinking so much about him. i haven't spoken to him since the day he fought payton. i didn't have anything to talk to him about.

"sky!" i heard my mom yell from downstairs

i got out of bed and ran downstairs, "whats up?" i asked

"it's now honey.." she said upset

my mom had to leave town for atleast 2 months because of work, i had been really sad since she told me, but i was prepared, i already talked with payton and he promised he would stay the night most of the time, since i was too afraid to sleep alone in such a big house.

"i'm gonna miss you so much" i said and hugged her, "i'm gonna miss you too sweetie."

we said our goodbyes and before she went inside the cab that was waiting for her, she told me she would call me as soon as she landed in new york.

i sat on the couch as i was getting used to the thought that my mom were now gone, i already missed her so much.

all i wanted was payton.

i heard a knock at the door as i was laying on the couch watching my absolute favorite show, rupauls drag race, to keep my mind off of the fact that i wont see my mom for the next few months.

i walked over to door and opened it to reveal payton.

"hey sky." he said and stepped in, "hey." i said and let him in, then closed the door.

"so, are you okay?" he asked and looked at me

"i don't know.. it's weird you know.." i said

"yeah i get it. but i promise, i will be here whenever you need me to." he said and took my hand

i looked down at our hands and blushed, "i know you will." i said and pulled myself closer to him

he looked into my eyes and smiled, "i missed you." he said

"i missed you too." i said, he put his hand on my cheek and pulled me closer, he kissed my lips softly, smiling in between the kiss.

it wasn't a choice between payton and chase anymore. it was payton. it had always been payton.

me and payton had been laying in my bed for a few hours talking and watching movies.

he wasn't fully forgiven but i was getting there.

i really do love him, and i always have loved him.

even when i was with chase, no matter how wrong of me that was, it's the truth.

i did love chase, just not as much as i thought i did.

payton has been the one since day one, and he always will be.

i couldn't be more sure.

and with that my thoughts were cut off by a noise from my phone.
