you and roger have been shouting at eachother for about an hour. you're both in the bedroom because you were about to go to sleep.

"roger, i don't even wanna talk to you anymore. you can sleep down the stairs." you say opening the bedroom door for him.

"fine, i will." he chuckles, not caring. he's a stubborn guy, he doesn't like to say sorry first when we get in a fight. "see you in the morning, princess." he says, trying to annoy you.

you give him the silent treatment. you walk away and you get in bed.

"i said goodnight." he says still standing in the doorway. you don't answer. "wow, that's mature." he mumbles and you hear him go down the stairs.

you lay there for about half an hour going over that argument. you realise it was so pointless. but you manage to fall asleep.

roger wakes you up by getting in the bed next to you. it's 2am.

"i told you to sleep downstairs." you groan.

"i know you did, but i wanted to say that i'm sorry and i really miss you." he says.

"did you actually apologise for something?" you sarcastically ask.

"yeah, i did." he kisses your cheek and pulls the covers over you both. you turn to face him. "am i forgiven?"

"hm, i guess so." you kiss his lips softly.

"i love you, sweetheart." he starts to kiss your neck.

"love you too." you smile.
