Emmas pov After Lisa said I was 'family now' I honestly didn't know what to say, I just stood there and froze, I stuttered and said "okay" and walked away right back up to my room, she probably thinks I'm dumb. I sit on the bed and text Ethan ~ Hey, where are you?
Went on a walk with Gray and Cam, everything okay?
Yeah, I just woke up and noticed you weren't with me
Sorry, I didn't wanna wake you. How'd you sleep?

Kk, see you soon. ~ He doesn't get back for another hour, but when he does he has this look on his face, it's got no emotion, I can't tell if he's happy to see me or if he hates me, he comes in and plops himself on the bed, "Hey babe" I say "Hey, im so tired" "Didn't you just wake up?" "Yeah, but walks are tiring" "How do you live in LA and walk everywhere but now you can't?" "No energy." He simply says, I don't say anything back. "Emma." He says "Yeah?" "I miss him." "I know, it'll be okay. Come here." He moves closer and lays on my chest "I've never felt so much pain, I can't handle it." "E, you can, trust me. You have so many people that are here to help, I promise." "I love you, and I wouldn't be able to do this without you.". " I love you too." "We have to get up, let's go talk to my mom." "Okay." We get up and go downstairs, she's sitting on a chair at the kitchen island going through papers. "Hey mom, what're you doing?" Ethan asks her "Just going through some of your dads things." "Like what?" He asks "His will, deeds, bills, you know just some things in his name I need to switch over and de-activate." "Oh, okay, well I just wanted you to say hi to Emma," she turns around "I met her around an hour ago, hi Emma." "Hi, sorry if I seemed a little nervous earlier, I just woke up." I say "Oh it's fine, I've seen worse with these boys, you might be the most normal." She laughs, so I laugh along "Ethan, what're your plans for today?" She asks "Oh, I don't know, Emma, is there anything you wanna do?" He asks, I shake my head "You sure? We can go do something, Gray and Bryant can come if you want." "We could go ask them what they wanna do" I say "Okay, let's go." He takes my hand and we walk to Grays room where him and Bryant are hanging out "Hey guys guess what" Ethan says when he walks in "What?" They both respond "Emmas totally bombing it with mom," they all start laughing "Okay, I've never met someone's parents like that before, what can I do!?" I say "What's she doing?" Gray asks "Nothing, that's the thing, she's not even talking in complete sentences." "Okay, I'm right here !" I yell, but not meanly "Anyways, I think mom wants us out of the house, so what do you guys wanna do?" E asks "I don't know, I don't feel like anything." Gray says "I don't either, wanna go to the hideout?" Ethan asks, but I have no idea where the hideout is, more or less what it is "Heck yeah!" Bryant and Grayson both say, so Bryant knows what it is "Um, guys? What's the hideout? And where is it?" I ask "Wait and find out" Grayson says, I suddenly feel Ethan grab my hand and we all start racing downstairs, I have no idea where we're going I just follow the way Ethan is taking me, Ethan yells throughout the house that we're going to the hideout, we go outside to the backyard and there's so much land, we're walking now but we go into the woods and thankfully there's a path. We walk for around 5 minutes on the path till I feel Ethan let go of my hand and Grayson puts his hands over my eyes "What're you doing?" I ask "Just cover your eyes, it's gonna be a surprise" Gray says "Should I be scared?" "Nope" we just keep walking for another 5 minutes till we come to a stop, "Aaand we're here!" Ethan yells "3..2..1.." they count down "OPEN!" They yell, I open my eyes and I see this beautiful treehouse, it's not like a normal tree house,

I ask "Around two years ago when our dad was first diagnosed," Ethan says "Yeah, it was the only thing that helped us keep our mind off of things, now E and I come here whenever we're sad or mad." Gray finishes "It's beautiful, can we go inside?" "Of course" Gray says and Ethan takes my hand, we go inside and it's just as beautiful as the outside.
When we get back to the house it's 1:30 in the morning, and I'm not even tired, I go to my room by myself and lay in the my bed and edit until 3:00. I wake up the next morning at noon, I hear a knock on my door while I'm brushing my hair, "Come in" I yell and I hear the door open, I look through the bathroom doorway where I am, it's Ethan "Hey babe,what're you doing" he says "Brushing my hair, and I literally just woke up" "I brought you coffee" "I love you!" I yell "You better," he comes up and hands me coffee then hugs and kisses me. "So, Emma, my dads funeral is tomorrow." "Oh, okay. What should I wear?" "I don't know, probably just a black dress, did you bring one?" "No, I can go out and buy one when I'm done getting ready, Bryant can come with so you don't have to." "Okay, I think I'll just stay here with you and watch you get ready."he says "Whatever makes you happy." I finish getting ready almost 30 minutes later, Ethan got out so I could change, not sure why, it's not like he hasn't seen me change before. I go downstairs and find Bryant, we say good morning to everyone then we leave for the mall. 3 hours later Finding a dress was hard, I did not enjoy it. When Bryant and I got back to the twins' house no body was home. Bryant and I hung out for the whole day, since no body was at the house we went out and walked around for hours. Ethan texted me around 6:00 ~ Wyd

No, we all went to go see the funeral home and prepare my dad you know, but we should be home around 9:30, sorry I haven't seen you hardly at all today.. did you find something to wear for tmrw?

luv u ~ Around 10 everyone finally got home, Ethan came into my room, "Hey, what're you doing?" He asks and walks in "Watching Youtube" "Fun, I'm gonna go to bed. Goodnight, I'll see you tomorrow, the service is at 12:30 so we'll probably leave around 10, I can wake you up at 8 if you want?" He says "Okay, that's fine. Goodnight." I say and he shuts the door, I guess I probably should go to bed too. I think I'll go back to LA tomorrow, or Wednesday, I want their family to have family alone time. I wake up the next morning to Ethan, which is always the best thing, "Goodmorning babe" I say "Morning. Can I lay down?" I move over and make room, he just showered and he smells so good. "I don't want to fall back asleep" i say "I do, can't we just lay here for the whole day?" "No, E, we actually do have to get up, we can go get breakfast." "Sounds good, but while you get ready I think I'll lay here." He says and closes his eyes "Noooo, get up" I pull his arm "Emmaaaaaa" "Ethannnnnnnn" he stands up but he doesn't open his eyes, he leans back and makes me catch him "Get up, Ethan" "Fine, I'm up, I'll go bother Gray. Come to his room when your ready." I go to the bathroom and get ready, I put my hair in a bun, put on a cropped hoodie and shorts then my Air Force ones and go to Graysons room "Hey, you guys ready?" They agree and we go out. We get back two hours later, Ethan's in a bad mood and I feel bad. While we were at breakfast he stopped talking to everyone, every time we ask him what's wrong he says it's nothing, I wonder if something happened on Instagram after he logged back in. We hang out for the rest of the day, and Ethan back to talking to us, he was upset and angry because people kept saying they were going to Sean's funeral, which is horrible. I can explain why I haven't updated.. first; my WiFi was out, then I decided to take some time and read some fan fics since I haven't done it in forever, but now I'm on spring break so I'll update more!!! (Sorry this sucks so bad, it'll get better)
