Skyfeller Students Make Good Start to New School Year!
Skyfeller Academy High students are ready for new school year as the school prepares itself to another good year. The school raises its school spirit efforts as they implant a new flag ((Pictured above) JKJK It's totally not there this is a scan lol) and allow their students to wear their new uniforms with ultimate pride. This year Skyfeller Academy High has seen a RECORD HIGH of 311 freshmen come to the school this year, breaking the record of 231 set in 2008. This time, going into the month of October, there are new sources confirming a special trip made by the headmaster. The next question is where to?
"Wherever we end up going, I'm sure that this school trip will be a fantastic experience that will enlighten us students for ages," Skyfeller student Reyna Tasslemeyer comments to our reporter. "Our headmaster is sure to not disappoint anytime soon!"
Reyna Tasslemeyer is currently a senior at Skyfeller Academy High. She is the main representative for the school and has high hopes for college.
"Skyfeller Academy High has been an interesting experience for me," she closes. "There is definitely going to be more to this school as they progress even more."
Stella reads the bottom of the paper. The Oakwood Post, being a local paper, usually isn't that interesting, but with nothing to do at her grandparents' loft, she does read it anyway. And plus, reading the comics in the back of the paper never get old.
Oakwood Senior High has Upcoming Changes for the New School Year!
Despite decreasing student enrollment in the past few years, Oakwood Senior High definitely brings new changes around the corner. 435 freshmen were welcomed this year.
A new superintendent and principal comes to Oakwood Senior High, as we had discussed in the last issue (Refer to the September 25th issue for more information) but it turns out that's not all to the changes to the school.
A new community service club has been made and sponsored by the Oakwood's Green Initiative. This club will help give more opportunities to students who need service hours and will hopefully encourage students to help their environment, starting with the community around them.
Along with that comes newly renovated windows, courtesy of donor Oakwood Glass, Inc.
"This is a very generous contribution by Oakwood Glass; we couldn't be anymore grateful about this magnificent contribution to our school. I hope we all can contribute to support each other as a community," Oakwood Senior High's new principal Raymond Hall says in thanks.
"I hope to progress Oakwood in this way as we progress ourselves, our students, our community, and our world to a brighter and better future." Raymond Hall closes.
Also, Oakwood's drama program is going to play "Wicked" this year! See R7 for more details.
Stella puts the paper down and heads off to the dining room for dinner.
