There's nothing in this world that could get rid of this unsettling feeling in my heart. Not even an exquisite dish of mango wraps could take my mind away.
I sat by the window, unblinking as I gazed off into the sky. The snow that fluttered around me and landed on my bare skin was mesmerizing, its touch tickling me.
Just like the touch of my Master Attendant. But warmer.
I miss it so very much.
It has been over a week since there were any signs of our Master Attendant. All the Food Souls are worried sick. Red Wine had been struggling to prevent Steak from marching out into the open to look for you, but even he has shown a bit of concern.
"She will be back soon, don't be an idiot and lose yourself out there!"
I tried to believe that too, but with each passing moment, it's becoming more like a lie...
The only sliver of hope I had left was the contract— I was still able to sense my Master's presence while it was in tact. However, I cursed it at the same time, for I was unable to sense where my Master Attendant was.
If only I was a bit stronger...
You, the Master Attendant that saved me...
Don't disappear like the fleeting snow.
