You closed the front door and walked to your work. It wasn't that far, just a walk of twenty minutes.

You worked at a small cafe near a big square. It was a nice and chill place and you loved to work there. You had lovely colleges and a lot of the people who came there you knew. You never had a bad feeling or the thought of not going to work.
Until a few weeks ago.

There was a guy, who now often came to the cafe. He would be around the same age as Taehyung. But this guy was taller, not much, but he was. He had smooth black hair, fancy clothes, and a beautiful white smile.
He looked hot, rich and he had his charms. You wouldn't doubt the fact that a lot of girls wanted to be his girlfriend. But you loved Taehyung. Not that you had feelings for that guy in any way. Only the idea of you being together with that guy made you feel sick.

First, nothing happened, but then he became attached, attached to you. He only came to see you, he only wanted you to serve him.
He became a big flirt, and you didn't like it. He called you cute names, touched you at personal places, and he sometimes even tried moves on you.
Your colleges did see it too and they are trying to help you, but nothing has worked so far. He still comes back, only to see you.

-

You arrived at your work. There were already a few people inside sipping from their cup of coffee.
You walked to the back of the cafe to drop your bag and your jacket.
You tied your apron around your waist and walked back to the front.

'Hey, Y/N.' You heard a happy and familiar voice calling your name.
It was Katie. One of your colleges and your best friend at your work.
She was only one year older than you. She had middle long light brown hair, and her eyes were a little bit green. She was the same height as you and you could find it pretty well with her.

'Hey, Kate's. What's up?' You greeted back.

'Oh, not really that much.' She answered. 'The day just started.'

'Yeah, that's right. Did that guy already showed his face today?' You asked. You took a towel from the bar desk and started drying some clean but wet dishes.

'No, not yet. But as I said, "the day just started".' Katie took a plate from under the bar desk and past you by. With her elbow, she gave you a soft hit on your arm and winked at you. You smiled back in return while you were drying the dishes.

-

Hours past by and it was around 18:00 o'clock. You were working at the back of the cafe until you heard someone whisper your name.

'Psst, Y/N.'

You turned around and you saw a body behind you. It was Thomas, one of your other colleges.
He was tall, had blond hair and blue eyes and was 21 years old. He was really fun to work with. Always making jokes and being weird. But this time, he looked way more serious.

'What's the matter?' You asked with a low voice, but in the back of your head, you exactly knew what was going on.

'You know who just arrived and asks where you are.' Thomas said in a whispering tone. 'I told him that I was going to look for you.'

'Well, you found me.' You said, sarcastically. Not happy at all.

'I'm sorry.' Thomas said. He gave you a sympathetic smile.

'It has nothing to do with you, Thom.' You said smiling. 'Let's see what he wants this time. I don't hope he wants to order my phone number again, because that's sold out.'

Thomas looked at you with confused eyes but then he started laughing. You couldn't help but laugh too.

You walked to the front of the cafe and saw the guy, sitting behind a table, casually looking around. You slowly walked in his direction and sighed.
You took one quick look around the cafe and saw Katie. She gave you a small smile as a sign of compassion. You smiled back and turned your gaze back to the guy.

'Hello, sir. What can I get for you?' You said casually. As if you had never seen him here before.

'Oh hey, Pretty. Good to see you here too. And how many times I have to tell you, call me Jake.' He checked you from head to toe and then smiled. 'Let's see Pretty, what's the snack of today?' And he winked at you.

You had to smile at him, but your insides were mixed up. You couldn't handle this for any longer now. 'The "snack" of the day.' You started. Playing his word choice back. 'Is the vegetable soup with freshly baked bread.'

Jake nodded, slowly. 'Okay then, Pretty. It will be the vegetable soup with bread. If you say it's good, it has to be.' He licked his lips before he gives you a smile that killed you. And not in a good way.

You wrote down his orders and nodded. 'Would you like something to drink too, Jake?'

'Can I get a water with bubbles and a piece of lemon on the side?' Jake asked.

'Of course.' You wrote that down too, gave him a little nod and a small smile and then walked off in the direction of the kitchen.

You entered the kitchen to place your order.
You placed your arms on the kitchen desk and sighed.

'You okay?' Thomas asked who was cooking the meal Jake just ordered.

'Yeah, I'm okay.' You answered. 'But I can't take this any longer. It's just getting so awkward and it feels like I'm betraying Taehyung.'
You shook your head at the thought of betraying Taehyung.

Thomas dropped the knife that he held in his hand and looked at you with a shocked face.

'Hold your shoes there young lady and don't take any step further.' Thomas said. 'Don't ever think about such things. Your probably the best girlfriend in the whole world, I wouldn't doubt that for a second. That guy over there is the problem.'

'Who is a problem?' It was Katie. Who entered the kitchen.

'That guy who thinks he can replace Taehyung.' Thomas gave a little angry breeze before he took the knife again and started cutting the vegetables. A little more aggressively than before.

'Oh, that guy.' Katie said. 'You know what.' She took your hands and held them in hers. 'I will bring his food to him and you can help Thom here in the kitchen.'

You smiled. 'Would you really do that?'

'Of course, Sully.' She hugged you and got the plate and the glass to bring it to Jake.

'I will take care of the dishes.' You said to Thomas. You took a towel and started cleaning them.

-

The time went faster than you thought. And before you knew it, it was 20:00 o'clock.
You put your towel down and took off your apron.

'Thomas, it's time for me to go home. Thanks for everything today.' You said.

'It was no problem. Come here.' Thomas held out his arms and you took them to give him a hug.

'Promise me you go home right away, okay?' Thomas asked.

You nodded as a response.

You guys separated and you looked at Thomas with a smile on your face.
You turned around and made your way to the door the get outside of the kitchen when you heard another familiar voice.

'Hey Y/N.' It was Katie's voice.

'Hey, Katie. What's the matter?' You asked

'You're going home, right?'

'Yes, I am.' You said. You had no idea what she wanted to make you clear.

'Oh, okay. That creepy guy is gone. So no worries about him.' She smiled.

You sighed in relief. He's gone so he won't follow you home.

'And can you say hi to Taehyung for me?' Katie asked.

'And from me too.' You heard Thomas shout from the kitchen.

'Yes sure, he would love to hear that.' You smiled at her and gave her a hug as well.

'Have a safe trip.' She winked at you before she disappeared into the kitchen.

You shook your head and smiled.
You opened the door and made your way outside.
