"Our air mattress is broken and our guest bedroom is a mess so you're gonna have to stay with me again." Archie said, sitting on his bed
"Don't worry. It's fine." Jughead said
They talked for a while and put on some music.
(Time Skip to about 9 pm)
*start playing music*
"This is an interesting choice." Jughead stated
"Yeah... well... it makes me think of someone that I care about. Except I don't see them in a coffee shop." Archie replied, a light blush staining his cheeks
"Oh really? And who's that?" Jughead asked
"A person" Archie responded quickly
Jughead raised his eyebrows. "You know that you can tell me anything, right?"
"Yeah..." Archie responded
"How about this. We play 20 questions and at the end I guess who it is" Jughead suggested.
(A/N if the song stops, just replay it. For them it's playing on a loop)
"Okay. But it's only fair if I ask you who your crush is too." Archie responded
"Fair enough." Jughead replied
"You go first?" Archie said, but it sounded like a question
"Sure. Okay, is it a girl?" Jughead asked
Archie looked down and away from Jughead.
"Hey. It's okay. I'd be a hypocrite if I got mad at you for liking guys." Jughead said comfortingly
Archie smiled at him and asked, "Is he our age?"
"Yep." Jughead replied. "Do I know him?"
Archie nodded. "Do I know him?"
Jughead nodded. "Northside or Southside?"
Archie responded, "A little bit of both actually."
"Huh." Jughead said, confused.
"Yeah. Same question." Archie said.
"Northside." Jughead replied.
"Huh." Archie said. That didn't rule out a whole lot.
"Yeah. Is he shorter that you?" Jughead asked
"A little, yeah." Archie responded. "Is he taller than you?"
"A little, yeah." Jughead replied. "Does he know that you like him?"
"I wish." Archie said. "Same question."
"I wish." Jughead replied. "I have no idea how to tell him."
"Can I give you some advice?" Archie asked
"Please. I need all the help I can get. You and I both know my version of flirting is being sarcastic." Jughead said
"Just tell him. And if you can't? Kiss him. If he likes you back then he'll kiss back. If not, he'll pull away." Archie said
"Are you sure?" Jughead asked
"Positive. Works every - mmhph!" Archie tried to say before Jughead kissed him.
Archie was still trying to process what happened when Jughead pulled away and tried to run.
