geoff and jawn didn't have very much further to go before they actually arrived in houston. jawn had reluctantly handed the wheel to geoff, after the brunette convinced him he needed a nap after driving for so long. the blue eyed male actually enjoyed driving, he felt more in control. plus, he had the right to say, "i'm the driver, i pick the music." not like his friends had bad music taste, it's just fun to tease them sometimes. he kept driving, knowing what's going on around him but he kept thinking of the blue haired boy. what were they? friends? acquaintances? he was confused about it all really. he didn't realize how far he drove until he heard jawn wake up and tiredly say, "dude how fast did you drive?" because when he looked up they were already in houston.
"oops?" geoff shrugged.
jawn snickered at his friend as he sat up in the passenger seat, and looked around. "it feels good to be back here, i didn't feel really at home in new york."
geoff nodded at his friend as he pulled up otto's address into the gps. what? they didn't want to stay in some pee smelling motel.•
awsten was excited today. it felt like it was going to be a good day. but awsten groaned suddenly when "it's the best day ever" started playing in his head. there goes the happy feeling. he peeled himself out of bed, not caring to fix the black grey comforter that was now a tangled up mess. he patted his cats head as he made in way out of his room and into the hall way. the badge walls always bothered him, maybe he can take some pictures of him and his friends and make the walls happy and colorful. his feet felt colder and colder as he stepped on the wood floor into the even colder kitchen. "i wish i had stayed in bed." he mumbled to no one but his self and he pulled out his precious orange juice and poured it into a glass and pulled out blueberries. what? he felt lazy today ever sense his mood was ruined by a fucking spongebob square pants song. he was about to flop down on he couch and watch the office when of course someone knocked on his door. "who the hell knocks on doors at.." he looked at the time to see it was 8:34 am. "8:30.. god i swear if it's more girl scouts.." he ran a hand through his hair as he opened the door.
he didn't know who he was expecting but he wasn't expecting the black haired male who was almost just tattoos. "the fuck-" awsten started but was cut off.
"i'll make this quick. stop talking to geoff or any of his friends." the dark haired man spoke sternly.
"but their my friends too-"
"do i look like i fucking care?"
awsten was terrified. why the fuck was he here? and how did he even find out where awsten lived? he looked down at his and that wasn't on the door frame. what the hell was he holding? the boy with duel toned eyes decided it wasn't a good object so he did the only thing he thought he could. he ran. ran further into his apartment. everything happened in slow motion it seemed, he was grateful he didn't have socks on or else he would've fell. he ran as fast as he could into his room but he wasn't quick enough it seemed. the tattooed boy caught the door before it closed and looked in to see a completely petrified blue haired boy standing in a corner cowardly. "what the fuck ronnie!" awsten really wished he kept his mouth shut.
ronnie suddenly hit awsten in the jaw, causing his head to go to the left and hit the wall beside him. he went limp, going unconscious and sliding down the badge walls. there was a small pool of blood slowly forming on his room carpet. ronnie smirked before slamming his head onto the wall one last time before he walked out of the room and out of the apartment, locking it behind him.
"awsten? awsten! answer me!" geoff and jawn's worried voices could be heard over the phone.
awsten didn't have enough time to explain. but they both knew what happened, it just mattered how fast they could get to him.
