jawn, brendon, and ronnie were all was asked to leave the hospital. the hospital staff knew that jawn and brendon wouldn't do any harm but they didn't know anything about ronnie so they did what the were forced to do, kick them out for the night. jawn and brendon could come back again tomorrow but the staff wouldn't let ronnie go in or near awsten's room. dallon and ryan had left before any of this stuff happened so they had no idea. travis had volunteered to drive jawn and brendon back home sense they all had basically drove to the hospital together. rian, zack, vic, and kellin was downstairs in the cafeteria getting dinner for everyone sense they didn't want to leave and not be aloud back into the hospital seeing as how late it already was. jack, alex, tyler, josh, patty, ben, and geoff was the only ones in the room when it happened. awsten moved. no, not the little movements that the body just does on its own, actual fucking movement. geoff smiled for what felt like years he hadn't. awsten's grip on geoff's hand tightened and his eyes fluttered open slow, very slow. you could see the blue haired male flinch at the light which he hadn't been seeing for a month. the first person he saw was geoff, sitting there with a small smile, if he'd smile more he wouldn't be able to move his mouth again. "awsten." the brunette whispered.
"geoff."
the two males were about to speak again when the door opened and playfull banter could be heard between vic and kellin. "i'm telling you vic, you won't propose to me, i propose to you!" "no! i'm the one who shoves a dick up your- awsten!" "my awsten- awsten!" the two nearly dropped the food in their hands when they saw their friend awake.
awsten weekly waved his free hand with a small smile, wanting to giggle at their dorkness but knew it'd hurt too much to do so. everyone took turns gently hugging him and telling him they loved him lots. "i told everyone else that you woke up and brendon says, "hell yeah! tell him i love him, no homo." josh laughed.
awsten smiled before turning over to his best friend, also crush.
"so, we're boyfriends now?" awsten smirked.
geoff blushed and everyone laughed. they knew there was a slim chance he could hear some of the things that they were all saying so it wasn't a surprise when he asked geoff the question. "w-well i.." awsten cut him off by leaning over and planting a kiss on his cheek.
"i like the ring it has to it if you do."
geoff nodded like crazy.

awsten looked up at his boyfriend. he looked down at the boy's phone to see he was rereading some of their older messages.

geoff finally looked up at his pretty blue haired boyfriend. they made eye contact and awsten whispered, he didn't need to sense they were the only ones in the room at the moment but if it was too loud then he felt like he would break the peace. "je t'aime."
geoff leaned forward and pecked his lips, "je t'aime aussi."
they leaned in together once again, it was a sweet little kiss, both of them not in the right shape or in the mood for any other kind. "ugh, i'd say get a room love birds but you already have one." brendon joked as he walked in holding breakfast for everyone. a few were in the bathroom and the rest was on their way. they wanted to make as much memories as they could before they almost loose someone else.
