neither jawn, otto, or geoff wanted to leave the hospital room that their best friend is was staying in. they were all ready to beat the living shit out of ronnie for what he did to awsten. none of the blue haired male's family was coming to visit him, not that they would anyways. awsten had filed a restraining order on them after 13 years of abuse from them, emotionally and physically. the doctors in the end had let otto stay with him and the others sense it was now obvious no real family members were coming to see the blue haired boy who was unconscious. otto and jawn had to leave a few times, really to just go home, shower and check up on everyone that was staying with them. geoff never wanted to leave him though. he never stopped holding the boy's hand, not caring if he could care or not, he still held it. he felt he owed it to awsten to protect him after what his ex did to him out of jealousy. awsten had only been in the hospital for a few days now, but if he didn't wake up in a week anyone that was checked in could come see him. hopefully he woke up before that.

it'd been two weeks now. awsten still wasn't awake and wasn't showing any signs of waking up anytime soon. jawn and otto tried to get geoff out of the cramped room and go on walks with them. the brunette had given up on trying to argue with them. he had became close friends with the people who did come and visit awsten, every now and then a few will stay the night with him and they'll stay up joking, trying to keep their minds off the thought they didn't want to come true. jack, alex, rian, zack, ryan, dallon, travis, kellin, vic, tyler, josh, brendon, ben, and patty came by as much as they could. geoff felt bad that all time low's manager was pissed at them for postponing the rest of the tour. but all they wanted to know was that awsten was alive and awake before they left for tour again. dallon and ryan didn't want to leave houston either but because of their lable they were being forced to go do shows in a couple weeks, meaning if awsten didn't wake up by then he might never wake up but they didn't want to think about that right now. they all were mostly staying at otto's and jawn's. for a while it was just otto and awsten. they originally bought it when all four travis, otto, jawn, and awsten was living together but travis wanted to live on his own, trying to become independent but came over a lot. jawn had work half the time, hence why he was in new york. so their house had the extra room. geoff and awsten had talked much more over the time that geoff and jawn was driving to houston, so they were already best friends and they both may or may not have grown crushes on each other. nothing they wouldn't tell each other though. geoff just kept praying that awsten would wake up. they still had to go on all their basic white chick dates and go on walks together. and just hang out, not in a hospital room with one of them unconscious.
