"We're going to Australia?!" Jennie exclaimed, clearly shocked at the sudden decision I made.
"Yes. Now pack your bags, we're leaving tomorrow." I told her excitedly, I actually had planned this as a part of hurting her, but now; I actually looked forward to traveling with her, back to the place where everything started.
She was so happy that she hugged me so many times, I lost count. After a few more flirting and talking, I was ready to go home.
As I turn around, ready to head back to my car, she hugged me from behind and whispered to my ear,
"Can you stay for the night?" I couldn't deny that offer, but I can't just surrender.
"I don't know, Jen. We need to rest for the flight and I don't think us in the same bed will give us that." I smiled and she chuckled, knowing what I meant.
"Come on, I just want to cuddle with you. I missed you already." Although I wasn't facing her, I know she has a pout on her face already.
"You what? We're literally together the whole day!"
"I know. But still, I miss your warmth." Unbelievable. Jennie is so clingy, the complete opposite of the image she built of herself.
I turned to face her and surrendered myself into her hug. Moments after, I lifted her. She was a bit startled before giving in fully; her legs wrapped around my waist and her head buried at the crook of my neck.
"Someone smells good." A smile played on my lips.
"Tell me something I don't know." She scoffed at my narcissism while I headed towards the door.
I settled her down on the bed and laid beside her, letting her turn me into her human pillow.
"We're only going to cuddle, okay? I don't want you tired and sore tomorrow." My statement earned me a couple of punches on my shoulders. I couldn't make her stop so I held her wrists and got on top of her, straddling her; the room heated up.
I suddenly had the urge to kiss her, so I did. Once we broke the kiss, she smirked.
"Look who's hungry now, I thought you said we were only cuddling?" I had no comeback to that, but then I felt my something close to my thigh.
"I only did that so you would stop; and hey, I'm not the one who's heated up down there." The lights were out but I could still see her crimson red cheeks.
I let her go and laid back down, when I turned to face her; I was greeted with a view of her back. I don't need to ask, I can tell she's angry; well, sulking is the better term. I scooted closer to her and hugged her from behind, I felt her breath hitch but I chose to not say anything. Even though I can feel her hesitation, I still wrapped my arms around her waist. It was my time to inhale her scent; peaches, jasmines, apricots, and a hint of vanilla. My favorite scent of hers.
"It's been years and you still haven't told me why you always smell amazing." I muttered, trying to lighten up the atmosphere.
No response.
"Hey, I'm sorry, okay? I didn't think you'd be turned on that fast." I joked and laughed all by myself. The thing is, I'm never good at this stuff, being clingy and trying to persuade the other, it's a no no. But why am I always like this towards Jennie Kim?
I stopped hugging her and stood up from the bed, leaving the room.
•Jennie•
It's been ten minutes since she left, where could she have gone to? Did she go home?
