"You don't have to stay if you don't want to." Marinette shouts through the bathroom door as she changes into her PJ's.
"I know I don't need to, but I do want to. It'll be fun!" Adrien says back.
She finally opens the door and leans on the frame, "Have you ever actually been to a sleepover before?"
"I've never considered that: no I have not," He shrugs, "But it's nice not to have to stay in that big, empty mansion."
Marinette flips her head over, pulling her hair into a messy bun, "Have you thought about selling it? The house, I mean."
"Of course I have," Adrien sighs, "I just feel like there are things I haven't found out about it yet. The place seems like a mystery I still have to solve."
She admires him frustratedly ruffling his hair, "Surely when your dad left everything to you, he gave some kind of instruction?"
"What? No," He says quickly, "No, he didn't tell me anything."
Marinette looks at him, studying his suddenly closed off behavior, "I was just trying to help. I know your dad is still a bit of a sore subject."
"That's not it. I'm... annoyed," Adrien looks up at her before continuing, "Not at you, just at life, I guess."
"Well, whenever I'm frustrated at life, I take it out on some video games." She jumps over to her computer and grabs two remotes, holding one out for her boyfriend.
He hesitates to take it, still ruminating.
"Come on, you know you want to." She sings, tauntingly moving closer to him.
Adrien crosses his arms and tries to keep a smile from his face.
"I'll let you be player one." Marinette sings again.
He finally cracks a goofy smile, "Throw in a cookie and it's a deal."
"I'm a Dupain! Of course there'll be cookies."

Ten rounds of Ultimate Mega Strike IV And half a plate of cookies later, the two are lying on the floor, talking and laughing in proper slumber party form.
"I'm not kidding!" Marinette laughs, "I threatened to throw him all the way to the Grand Palais. And I was this close too, but he finally stopped flirting with Rena Rouge on the job, so I didn't really get the opportunity to."
"I know from experience just how bad getting thrown across the city by you is. Remember that time you made me crash into the Seine?" Adrien's eyes are watery from laughing.
She snorts, imitating him through her giggles, "When you said we should go swimming, this isn't what I had in mind."
"It wasn't!!"
"What were you expecting, then?"
"Probably you in a bikini..."
Marinette sits up and gasps, "Little, innocent Adrien! I cannot believe you!"
"Hey," He holds up his hands, "Things were different then."
"Mhm," She lies back down, "You're lucky you're cute."
He smiles bashfully and blushes, "You're cute too."
Marinette quickly puts her hands over her face, hiding her red cheeks, "That's not fair."
"And beautiful," Adrien pulls her closer with each word, "And smart, and funny, and amazing, and..."
She peeks out from behind her fingers.
