Chapter 12- It's A Small World After All

Jack. He was the reason why my heart broke. He was the one who made the bet. He was the one that made me feel miserable and depress for 2 months.

And I hate him. No scratch that, I loathe him.

So when we bumped into each other spilling my coffee all over him... I regreted that I bothered to wipe it off with my handkerchief. I guess I need to throw this handkerchief later on. Yes I know I'm overreacting but who cares.

"Woahh... Crystal. Long time no see" Jack said as he eyed me up and down. Ugh. Seriously though? Even when you're just going to greet people you need to eye them up and down? There must be something wrong with his head. How about I hit it with Miley Cyrus' wrecking ball?

I ignored him and walked past him throwing away my spilt coffee on a garbage bin. When I looked back I saw him smirking and walked away with his wet shirt that exposed his abs. Damn him and his abs.

I suddenly felt tired and decided to just head home. When I got home I saw my mom sitting on a couch with a remote on her right hand flipping channels trying to find a good show. I sat beside her and placed my head on her shoulders.

"The shows right now are so boring" my mom said as she turned off the tv with a frown on her face.

"Well we could watch some movies" I said and she looked up as if she were thinking.

"Hmmm... great idea. What's a nice movie?"

I scrunched my eyebrows and tried to think a nice movie that my mother would approve. And a light bulb was turned on.

"Let's watch Warm Bodies" I suggested and she nods since she haven't watched this movie before and have no idea that this movie includes zombies. But I just like Warm Bodies and the movie is not that scary.

So at the beginning of the movie my mom was shocked when she saw zombies with blood on their faces. As she gave me a disapproving look but I convinced her that this movie is much better than she expected.

After all the laughs and thrills and awws. We finished the whole movie with my mom's satisfied smile. "It was a good movie" my mom complimented. I knew it.

"I know right?"

"I actually thought Warm Bodies was just like Friends With Benefits" my mom said which cause me to open my mouth very wide that my whole fist could actually fit on.

"What?" My mom said uncomfortably.

"Do you really think that I watch those kinds of movies mom?" I shake my head with a disapproving look "I would never watch those kinds of movies"

"Heh sorry. I should cook now. You must be starving already." My mom said and walked out with a hurry. Psh.

I feel tired. A yawn escaped my mouth and I went upstairs to my bedroom. I threw myself to bed and checked my phone. I have 5 new text messages.

Mahogany: Hey, you alright? I didn't saw you last night after you excused yourself to go to the bathroom.

Me: Hey Mahogany, sorry I felt tired and my body seems like it's missing the bed so much. Sorry for leaving you.

Jacob: Crystal? Where are you? Are you safe? Text me back when you see this

Me: Yes I'm Crystal. I'm in America. Yes. 'me back when you see this' you told me to text that

Chloe: Hey, we've been so worried about you last night. Text us back when you got home safe. Xx

Me: I am so so sorry that I made you guys worried. I'm at home safe.

Chloe: Oh btw my boyfriend's here. I want you to come later at my house at 3pm. Jacob's going to get you. I hope you'll come. Really want you to meet him.

Me: Sure I'll come.

And when I look at my last text message I almost lost my breath.

Unknown: Hope you liked the place I took you. Tay.

How did he even got my number? Wow. Is he trying to lose my breath?

I stared at the message for a long time rereading it and trying to think of something on how I'll reply to his text. But in the end I decided not to reply to his text.

It's just a text Crystal. Why act like he's really there?

I need a distraction. Oh wait. I needed to get ready for later. I guess I need a shower again from sweating so bad earlier. I decided to just wear some skinny jeans and blue sweater with birds all over.

I went down and ate my mom's cooking. It's so good. Pork n' mushroom, is my fave.

I still have free time so I decided to go on twitter and #AskConnor was trending so I tweeted a lot of tweets with that hashtag just incase he'll tweet me back.  Or maybe he'll answer my question on his video.

Just as then Jacob came. And we drove to Mahogany's house and we drove off to Chloe's. When we stopped in front of the house I swallowed hard as I remember the events last night. I shook my head and try to get rid of it. Just walk Crystal. Just walk inside the house.

Mahogany knocked on the door 3 times and a few seconds Chloe went out with a smile on her.

And a guy walked behind her and my jaw dropped like when Sebastian saw Ariel with a boy.

"Hey guys meet my boyfriend Jack"

It's a small world after all.

Hey guys I am back. I know I know. I haven't updated for more than one month which is a shame. But I have my reasons.   As you can see I got busy with school and problems in life, A LOT of things happened.

Anyways I hope you guys liked this. I KNOW that most of my chapters are cliff hangers but the reason why I put it that way it's because I'm too lazy to make the chapters longer, Anyways so I'm not going to update my stories very often since I gotta work my butt off at school.
