Morning of the party

Sebastian's POV

I was stilling laying in Mackenzie's bed when I woke up. She had her head on my chest and her hand connected with mine. She looked so beautiful and peaceful. I looked back up at the ceiling and remembered what lead us to be here.

FLASHBACK TO LAST NIGHT

I had just came back into the house at 2 AM from some last minute planning with Adam. We had been going over what would be good to get Mackenzie as a gift, Kim had fallen asleep around 1 or else I would've been asking her. Anyways I tip toed up the stairs so I didn't wake anyone up. When I was walking past Mackenzie's door I heard quite crying.

I crept to her door and opened it. There she was sitting on her floor crying, holding a picture of a man and a women in her hands. I went and sat next to her. "I couldn't remember there faces." Her voice broke my heart. I kissed her. I didn't even think about it I just did it. I got up apologized and left.

"Sebastian, will you stay with me?" She said.

I was completely dumb founded I didn't know if she was just kidding or not. I came back in the room and closed the door. "Stay?" I repeated. Mackenzie nodded her head and stood up.

She came over and stood in front of me. "Please stay here in my room with me. I don't want you to leave. I feel connected to you in some odd way and when I'm with you I feel happier and comforted. I know it sounds selfish of me to ask you to stay but please, will you?" She said.

I put my hand on her cheek and looked her in the eyes. "Of course I will stay." I said "just let me go get some pajamas and I will come right back, get into bed Mack." she did what I told her and I went to go change. When. I came back the light was off and Mackenzie was laying in her bed waiting for me. The sight had my wolf and myself dancing with happiness. I got in her bed and she immediately wiggled toward me and laid on my chest, I wrapped my arm around her shoulder.

"Sebastian, thank you." she whispered before falling asleep. I kissed the top of her head then laid back and let the soothing electric current from touching my mate out me to sleep.

FLASHBACK ENDED

I looked down at a sleeping Mackenzie and then up at her clock which said it was 9 AM. It was Saturday meaning body would be up till 10, I had an hour to be back in my room before hector woke up. I kissed Mackenzie's forehead and slowly got out of bed do I didn't wake her up. I felt cold not being with her. Of course she wouldn't feel it, not until later then she will know. Today was the day. I began walking to the door when I stepped on something.

It was a teddy bear. I looked around the floor and noticed for the first time how messy it was. I started picking everything up and setting it back in a little box which i assumed where it all belonged. The last thing I picked up was the picture of Mack's parents. That's when it hit me the gift I needed to get Mack. I stuffed the picture in the pocket of my pajama pants and went to my room. I sat the picture on my dresser then grabbed my phone I had gotten from Hector and called Adam.
