Chapter 2 -part 2

[15th November 2004]
It was a week after the horrific incident at the bank where Tilly and Ben had met. With our fail they have met each other every other day like they promised.

It felt like they had known each other for ages there was never a dry moment between them. It was perfect.

Today was a very important day because Ben was going to ask Tilly in a date. This sent nervous shivers down his spine because he doesn't want to be rejected by her as it could ruin their friendship but he doesn't want to live in fear of what could of been. As he was walking up Tilly's house that was just a couple of blocks away from the Umbrella Academy he saw a flower stand and decided to purchase a bouquet of Lilly's. when he was walking down the middle class street Tilly's house was in sight Ben took a deep breath and hyped himself up.

Ben was standing right in front of Tilly's wooden door which was now the only thing between him and Tilly. He slowly raised his hand gently knocking on the door soon to be answered by Tilly. As soon as he saw her his eyes lit up and met hers. A smirk grew on Tilly's face as she saw the Lilly's in griped in Bens hands. "H-hi Tilly umm I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date with me tonight?" Stuttered Ben starring directly at the floor.
"Yes! Of course I'd love too" gladly spoke Tilly making the smile on her face grow even bigger.
"These are for you and I'll pick up at 7 if that's alright?" Asked Ben.
"Thank you so much there beautiful and yes that's fine." Giddily answered Tilly welling in happiness.

Once it hit 7 o'clock Ben was nearing up to Tilly's house. Whilst standing outside the door Ben stood there fixing up his outfit which consisted of a checkered short sleeved shirt and a pair of casual mid-washed jeans and a black pair of vans. After Ben had knocked in the door Tilly opened it revealing her stunning outfit which left Ben speechless. She was wearing a denim mini skirt and a black cropped cami top, paired with some scruffy white converse. "You look beautiful !" Ben said whilst looking her up and down. "I could say the same about you." Replied Tilly making them both chuckle. They continued to walk up to the date spot which was a cinema (yes I know it's a cliche place to go on a first date but it felt right.) Tilly was over the moon because she really wanted to see this new movie that was out, good boys (I know it's not out yet but it looks really good) Ben was happy with seeing because it kind of reminded him of him and Klaus.

They ordered an extra large bag of popcorn and two medium colas as they both agreed you can't not go to the cinema and eat a shit tone of food. During the movie Ben kept starring at Tilly as she kept giggling throughout the movie because it was hilarious. Tilly then turned to face Ben as she noticed he was starring at her they both just laughed at each other. They were both caught up with movie when Ben slid his hand into Tilly's causing them to hold hands they both looked at each other and smiled.

Once the movie had ended they still had their hands linked together. It was wonderful.

When they got out of the cinema Ben walked Tilly back home talking about how good the movie was. Once they reached Tilly's house Ben walked her to the door he turned to face her with their eyes starring into each other. Ben glances down at her lips and smiled returning his eyesight back at Tilly's eyes. He leans closer to her causing them to lock lips sending butterfly's into their stomachs. When they broke they smiled and hugged each other.

"Bye Tilly" Ben smiled waving back at her as she walked through the with a big smile spread across her face.

[present day]

"What are you doing here Tilly?" Reassuringly asked Klaus as he walked her away from the others. "I heard about Reginald I'm really sorry" Tilly shyly answered. "Don't be he was a bit of a dick which is an understatement" chuckled Klaus sending a smirk onto Tilly's face.

Meanwhile Luther wondered back up to his old room that he hadn't seen for 4 years as he was isolated on the moon (DAD SENT ME TO THE MOON. Sorry I couldn't resist). Suddenly, he noticed the old records he had laying a cabinet near the doorway. Flicking through the numerous covers until one caught his eye- Tiffany by Tiffany Fred which featured the song I think we're alone now. Luther picked up the used album slowly taking out the record placing it on the record playing unleashing its heavenly sound.

[The song played throughout the house causing everyone to start dancing. Diego in the living room, Vanya in the hallway just under the stairs, Allison in her old room and Klaus and Tilly in Bens old room with of course Ben dancing by their side.]

Soon after a thunder shot came from the backyard. Tilly looked into klaus's eyes with fear as she gripped onto him making him laugh a bit. Foot steps run bolted down the stairs heading towards the door leading to the backyard soon followed by Tilly and Klaus.

The door swung open with a huge gust of wind showing everyone crowded around a blue burst of light. "Looks like some sort of temporal anomaly. Either that or a miniature black hole. One of the two." Shouted Luther as he gazed up at the mysterious vortex. "Pretty big difference there, Paul Bunyan" sarcastically said Diego.

Klaus swiftly ran away from the door leaving Tilly standing their gazing at everyone. She soon stepped out getting a big gust of wind thrown in her face whilst she stood behind Luther and Diego with Allison and Vanya. "Out of the way!" Shouted Klaus making everyone role their eyes as Klaus came running out with a fire extinguisher grasped in his hands. Pushing everyone out of the way Klaus looked up at the blue hole and threw the fire extinguisher straight at causing it to get swallows by it. "What is that going to do?!" Questioned Allison.
"I don't know. Do you have any other ideas?" Klaus answered with refract soon shuffling behind Luther and Klaus finding his way back to Tilly.
"Everyone get behind me!" Shouted Luther putting his arm out protecting everyone. "Yeh get behind us" snapped back Diego trying to act more heroic then his brother.

"I vote for running, c'mon!" Terrifyingly yelled Klaus grabbing onto Tilly's arm and dragging her way. But the door immediately slammed shut blocking their way inside.

The portal started cracking make everyone edge back with uncertainty. It looked like as if an old man coming out of it but it sooner changed its appearance to a young boy. It began to ripple and shoot out sparks as the young boy became more and more visible.

A scream started to come from it as the boy had half his body out causing the blue portal to start to close up. Suddenly, the boy came falling to the ground with a thud making the portal disappear into thin air. Glaring down at the young boy he stood up and dusted himself off.

"Five!" Yelled everyone in shock...
