Chapter 25

Neel's Narrative:

I watched Lily sleep and I was just admiring her beauty as usual while she slept. Her complexion, her soft, curly, kinky hair, the smoothness of her skin, and her body. Everything about Lily made me attracted to her and even her mind makes me happy. I could tell how much of her feelings have grown towards me. I can't help, but smile at the thought of her being mine. Not just my mate, but my wife, my life partner and the Luna of my pack. She's everything that I could possibly ask for and more. I kissed her on bare shoulder and pulled her close to me.

"Hmm. What baby?" she asked.

"I didn't mean to bother you, baby girl." I said.

"You're fine. I was already up." she said.

I smiled to myself because I knew her ass wasn't up yet not until I touched her and pulled her close to me.

"Ok, babe. But I need to talk to you about something." I said.

"What is it?" she asked.

"My father wants to meet you, but that's if you want to." I said. I hope that she doesn't say no, but I don't want to scare away nor rush her into something that she isn't ready for.

"I don't mind meeting your father. He's a part of you and it wouldn't matter because I already met three of your pack members, that are my bodyguards." she said.

I chuckled to myself while I held her in my arms. I kissed her on the forehead and allowed her to rest on my shoulders.

"Get some sleep. You have school in the morning, love." I said.

"Hmmhmm." she hummed.

We drifted off to sleep again as I held her in my arms.

Deon's Narrative:

I got someone to tell me where the hybrid was staying at because I needed to talk to him. I needed to clear things up and let him know what is going on. I need clemency to protect my little sister, Mia and myself from this war. I know that Mila is my mate, but the last thing that I need is to bring my sister into the midst of this bullshit that Mila has started. I made it to the Omni hotel and I was already being followed. I knew that it was the hybrid's pack of mutts, but they were the most powerful pack I've ever seen and heard of.

I made it onto the elevator and I was met by some older guy that I don't even know. His eyes were crimson red, but they were glowing.

"How may I help you, Deon? That is your name isn't it?" he asked.

I was caught off guard.

"Yes, sir. I'm here to see the hybrid." I said.

"You mean my son, Neel?" He asked.

I was slightly nervous, but I couldn't show any weakness.

"Yes, sir. Is he here?" I asked. I was starting to get annoyed by this man and it was starting to piss me off.

"Let me tell you something. I'm the person that asks questions around here and right now my son isn't here to answer any of your questions." he said.

I remained quiet because I knew that he would probably kill my ass without a second thought.

"So why are you here?" he asked.

"I was wondering if your son could grant me and my sister clemency." I said.

"Why would my son need to grant you clemency? Who are you to my son?" he asked.

"I'm Mila's mate, the person that is starting a war with your son and his mate. I need clemency because I don't want any part of this war nor do I want my little sister to be apart of it as well." I admitted.
