Blake.. please be alright. I thought, tears streaming down my face at the thought of losing him. You can't die! I thought fiercely, looking into his hospital room, where surgeons were operating on his shoulder. Lola, Galaxy, Connor, and Champ were all in human form, along with me. I had been pacing for hours, and finally sat down in a chair. "He'll be alright." Lola said, her voice soothing. "How do you know?" I asked, looking up at her, my eyes welling up with tears for the fortieth time that night. We had taken Blake to the hospital when his wound turned purple and swelled up. We had told the doctors that we found the wolf in the woods, hurt. They believed it. "I just do. Blake is going to be fine." Galaxy said, smiling reassuringly at me, patting my knee with her hand. I sank back into the chair and tried not to cry. "Hey, Sora, if it'll make you feel any better, I'll go down to the vending machine and get some snacks." Connor offered. I forced myself to smile at him. "Sure, thanks." Galaxy nodded her thanks to Connor, who got up and went to get the snacks. Lola rested her head on Champ's shoulder and sighed. I closed my eyes and wished Blake had never gotten shot.

I opened my eyes to see Jake grinning at me. Half-asleep, I managed an audible "your okay!" Before feeling fully awake. "I'm so glad." I said, hugging Jake fiercely. Before I knew it, I was crying again. Ugh, i thought. I need to stop crying all the time. "Oh, Sora, I'm alright.. don't cry. I'm right here, see?" Jake wrapped his arms around me. "They're so cute together." Galaxy whispered to Lola. I pulled away from Jake, extremely happy he was alright. "Oh no." I said. Everybody turned to look at me. Galaxy's face went white. "oh NO! Connor- the snacks! We never ate them!" Galaxy sank the floor, her arms reaching toward Connor. "Give. Snacks. Pleaaase?" Connor laughed and handed Galaxy her pop tart. Once we had eaten our junk food, we transformed into wolves and left the hospital. "Should we go back home?" Champ asked. "No. We have to finish what we set out to do. Blake, you mind telling us more about that dream of yours?" I asked, lifting into the air and flying toward where we thought Spirit Wind, Autumn, and Sprint would be.

After four hours of flying, we landed, because the scents had disappeared. Blake had told us that Autumn was evil now. Guilt clawed at my heart. "Do you think it was.. my fault?" I asked Blake as we sniffed around for Sprint's base. "Your fault about what?" Blake asked, turned to me, a leaf on his nose. "About Autumn turning evil.. I didn't find him.." I said. "Sky, listen to me. You tried your best. Who knows, autumn might not remember anything from his past life. When we see him, I promise you we will do everything we can to help him." I rested my head on Blake's shoulder, and we began looking again. "Blake. Do you smell that?" I asked. "Smell what?" Blake turned his head to the side.

"Ah, and what have we here?" Sprint growled, standing right behind us.
