•|Third Person POV|•

It was as black as pitch, and Sakura used it to her advantage. Not even making a whisper of a sound, she leapt from tree to tree, her emerald eyes cutting through the midnight gloom. A warm orange glow shaped the trees and bushes as it illuminated the space surrounding it.

One would think that the rogues would use a smaller fire so as to not draw attention. Sakura shook her head as she climbed above them, using every pocket of shadow to her advantage. It helped that she was wearing black tonight.

Once she was high enough, with her chakra continuously shrunken to resemble to one of the small animals of the forest, she surveyed the camp. Four men sat around it murmuring slowly, eating dried meat and spit roasted fish they had probably caught from the nearby river.

Sakura's eyes swept over each male, assessing for weaknesses and any telling traits.

Rogue one was shifty, continually scanning his surroundings. Sakura applauded him, but he'd still failed to detect her. He was of the bulky variety, with a healthy layer of fat on him that Sakura would suspect to be muscle as well.

Rogue two was more on the leaner side, but instead of shifty and suspicious, he was laid back and relaxed. And apparently ribbing rogue one.

Rogue three was more... Round. And constantly sweating. He looked too distracted with eating to survey his surroundings.

Rogue four, sat straight as an arrow with blank eyes. He was calm, and seemed like the calculating type. Sakura guessed he would be the leader of this little motley Crew.

Sakura would have to be wary of him.
She stood and fisted her hands, looking down at them.

Should she find a way to out the fire as to have a better advantage in the dark, or should she do her usual attack? Sakura decided to do her usual attacked. There wasn't any way she could out the fire without using her chakra, which she wanted to keep hidden until the last possible moment.

Sakura hopped silently to another tree until she was directly behind rogue four, but was far enough away for rogue one not to see her but still close enough for her attack to hit them.

She smirked and did a flip from the branch just to be fancy. As she raced towards the ground fist first, she refrained from saying her usual battle phrase.

Her fist hit the ground.

Boom!

The earth shook underneath the blow as debris, including large chunks of the earth and trees, flew everywhere. The earth ruptured from the impact straight to the fire between the rogue ninja, spraying it in every direction. Several screams rang out as they
got burned in varying degrees.

The bright fire died down as it was deprived of it's food, and darkness quickly encroached as it did.

It was full dark tonight.

As everything settled down from Sakura's attack, several groans rang out and slight rustles and whistles rent the air, indicating that weapons were being drawn.

"What the hell happened?! Where'd that come from?!" Two demanded of the air, or maybe of four.
"It's obvious that we're being attacked you idiot. Now shut up and get in formation." The one that sounded like Four hissed.
