One year later...

Tris' POV

This year was hard without Tobias, but at least I have finished two semesters. Tobias and I have been video chatting, calling, going on online dates ( a disaster but it was worth it ) but we haven't visited each other.

I live in a dorm in the south building and Caleb is in the North building. I was laying on my little bed about to fall asleep, cause the university gave us a break, when a knock startled me. I get up and open the door and I can't believe who is outside....

Is Jason.

- Jason! - I yell, hugging him. Jason had gone to another city for a week to fulfill a project.- When did you come back!?

- Well just now! I went to my dorm to leave my bag but immediately came here! - He says, then goes inside my room as if he owns it.

He sits on my bed and I lay there with my head on his lap.

- So... Anything new? You look a little sad - I say, and it's true, his shoulders are slumped and there are bags under his eyes.

He takes a big sigh and a tear falls from his eye.

- Blake and I had a fight, a big one!, I don't know if we are going to get over it - He finally says. Blake was his boyfriend and they were very serious.

- What happened?

He opens his mouth to answer but in that moment someone comes inside the room.

- Tris?

Asks an angered voice.

Tobias.

I smile and launch myself at him, almost making him fall, I kiss him but he doesn't kiss back so I pull away.

- What's wrong babe? - I ask, concerned.

He gives me a cold glare and then looks behind me. Then it hits me. He saw me with my head lying on another guy's lap, he must be thinking I am cheating on him or something like that. I hurry to explain.

- Tobias, this is my best friend, Jason - I say pointing at Jason. Tobias seems a little relaxed by that revelation but he was still tense.

Jason stands up and walks over us and extends his hand, Tobias quickly shakes it.

- I'm Tobias, Tris' boyfriend - He says, making emphasis on the word boyfriend.

- Oh - Jason's eyes fill with recognition - You are the one that wrote that message on the airport!

Tobias smiles and nod.

- I loved it by the way - I whisper in his ear.

- Tris won't shut up about you! - Jason goes on - Oh I miss him! Oh Why hasn't he called? Oh wait he did - He says mimicking my voice, well, trying to.

- Shut up! - I yell at him, burying my face on Tobias' chest. Tobias chuckles and kisses me on the head.

Jason's smile slowly fades and he excuses himself out of my dorm. Poor Jason, I hope he and Blake can work it out.

Tobias closes the door and puts his hand on my waist kissing me fiercely, he starts walking forward until we fall on my bed, he pulls apart but not too much, we are breathing the same air.

- I missed doing this - He says.

I just kiss him again and he straddles me, he leans down to kiss my neck but something cold hit me on the face, it was the locket I gave him.

I grab it and and take mine out of my shirt and put them together, they stay there.

- I didn't break it - He says. He opens the lockets and look at the picture, now complete.

- How long are you staying? - I ask him, I didn't want him to leave but I was curious.

- Already want me to leave? - He asks with humor in his voice.

- No, I just want to know. - I say with a smile, tracing random patterns on his arms.

- I am going tomorrow - He says, his voice calm but I can hear through it, the sadness evident in it.

- Oh - Is all I say - That's better than not seeing you at all.

He smile and leans down to whisper in my ear.

- Lets make it a good time then - His breath tickles my neck - I heard this room is soundproof...

I just laugh and he kisses me with desperation, ruing the moment when he will have to leave.
