Tris' POV

Currently I am sitting on the porch while Tobias talks to the police. I can't believe this is happening. Who did this? I keep wondering about this until I feel a hand on my shoulder.

- Hey - Tobias says, sitting next to me.

- Hey - I say, shrugging his hand off. He sighs and puts an arms over my shoulders, this time I let him do it.

- We are free to go, the police will give us a ride to the hotel - He stands up and offers me his hand, I gladly take it and we head to the police car.

They leave us at the main entrance of the hotel and after claiming back the keys, we make our way to the room we are staying at. As soon as I go in I throw myself to the floor, to tired to even make it to the bed.

- Tris? - Tobias asks, kneeling beside me.

- I am fine - I mumble. He scoops me up in his arms and carries me to the bed. We lay together and Tobias falls asleep.

I stay up thinking about everything that has happened in one day. Me leaving Atlanta, coming back to Chicago to find my step parent's house destroyed and they missing, and my brother's step parents house destroyed as well, what a day....

My brother....

Caleb!!!

I sit up, startled by that thought. I haven't known anything about my brother since the accident.

What if he tried to find me, came back to Chicago in hope of finding me here and was kidnapped along with Jem and Tessa?

I put my head in my hands and start shaking with quiet sobs than soon become loud.

- What's wrong, Tris? - A tired Tobias asks, caressing my hair. I explain my reasoning to him. He pulls me towards him and wraps his arms protectively around me, giving me a sweet kiss on the lips.

- We will worry about it later, let's sleep, we have a big day tomorrow, we will worry about everything later. - He says, giving me another kiss and falling asleep.

I snuggle into his chest and follow him into the land of dreams.

Next morning I woke and immediately notice that Tobias is not beside me, in fact, he is standing in front of me, shirtless.

- Close your mouth, Tris - He says while chuckling. I do as I was told and enter the bathroom before my face turns redder.

I decide to take a quick shower. I step out of it an realize I have brought no clothes with me to the bathroom. I grab a towel, long enough to cover me but still a little bit short for my liking, and step out of the bathroom, hoping that Tobias left to get us breakfast. As always the odds are never in my favor.

Tobias is laying on bed, his arms crossed behind his head. He is staring at me wide eyed, well, more like staring at my legs. I walk to the closet and take out a dress and underwear. I am about to step in the bathroom again to change when a pair of arms wrap around my waist, pulling me towards Tobias' hard chest.

- You know - He says, kissing my neck, making his way up slowly from my collarbone to my jaw, up and down - We haven't been together in a long time.

I know what he means by together, and he is right, but I just can't, knowing that he's been lying to me.

- Well, you haven't earned it.

I walk into the bathroom, leaving him stunned, and close the door right on his face.

I put on the dress. It is black, strapless and knee high length, simple but beautiful. I fix my hair into a messy ponytail mixed with some elegant braids, and exit the bathroom. Tobias is already dressed, wearing a black button up shirt and black pants. ( as you can see, I am not goo at describing clothes, sorry for that, not even in my native language )

He offers me his arm which I take and together we head to Divergent high.

Once we arrive to the place where the reunion in being hell, we see our friends standing all together, I now see that like me, everyone has change.

- We are here - I say - Are you going to tell me now?

He shakes his head - Have fun first, Tris, I don't want to ruin your day - He says.

- You already have - is my answer.

When we are near enough they engulf us in a big hug.

- I miss you, guys. - I say, once I can breathe again.

- We miss you too!! - They shout at the same time.

Zeke and Shauna still look the same since the last time I saw them, which wasn't too long. Christina is smiling like that cat from Alice in Wonderland, her hand in Will's, so I guess they solved their problems.

I pay close attention to Uriah, who has grown and his expression is more mature, but still a little childish because of the big smile that hopefully won't leave is face anytime soon. Marlene is right beside him, holding his hand, her hair longer. And how to forget about Lynn, still with her shaved head but using a skirt, a skirt!?

- Oh my.... Lynn!!! I can't believe it! - I say, approaching to her friend. Lynn glares at her.

- Not even one call!? Really Tris!? - She says.

- I sent you really long texts, to all of you, you never replied - I say. The others share a look.

- Where did you send it?

- Facebook

The break into a fit of laughter.

- Nobody uses that anymore! - Uriah says.

- How was I supposed to know!? - I say. Lynn pulls me into a hug and I gladly accept. This soon becomes a group hug.

It's good to be back.

Almost perfect.
