"Hey, you finally here." Jin smiles at Jisoo who just arrived at the restaurant, Chaeyoung and Lisa follow behind her.
"Hmm, hey guys." Jisoo sits beside Jin, Lisa and Chaeyoung sit on the other two empty seats beside Jisoo. Jimin smiles at the girls, his seat is across Jin. Taehyung nods at the girls but they didn't looking at him at all. Namjoon and Yoongi also nod at them.
"Where's Hoseok-oppa and Jungkook?" Lisa looks at Namjoon who sits across her. Chaeyoung and Jisoo already busy looking at the menu.
"Both of them have schedule today, cannot come at all." He answers right away.
"Hmm, okay." Lisa hums before looking at the menu with Chaeyoung. After they all order the foods there is this tense atmosphere surrounding them. Luckily they booked a private room for lunch today so other customers are not disturbed by the heavy mood. Lisa and Chae play their phones and busy typing don't-know-what on it. Jisoo taps her fingers on the table while humming to random song, her gaze are fixed on the large window right by Jin's side. The boys look at each other, they all know what makes the girls act like this. They look at Taehyung who closes his eyes and leans back on his chair. Silence envelope them.
"So how are you guys? It's been days right? How's your album preparation going, Chae?" Namjoon decides to open the conversation. Chaeyoung lift up her gaze from her phone.
"Everything is fine, the team finished the last editing for the mv and the album design." After answering Namjoon's question she looks back to his phone.
"How about you, Lisa? Any new collaboration soon?" Jimin asks Lisa, who did the same thing as Chaeyoung, lifts up her gaze, answers and looks back at her phone.
"Yeah, with BAPE, will be released in around 3 weeks." Silence enveloped them again, the only sounds that can be heard is from Jisoo's fingers that still busy tapping in slow rhythm on the table. Namjoon, Yoongi, Jimin and Jin can only scream internally how much they need Hoseok and Jungkook to lift up the tense atmosphere.
"Seriously? Are we going to be like this forever just because I broke up with Jennie?" The boys widened their eyes at Taehyung who already looking at the girls across him. Suddenly, the tapping sounds stop, even the room temperature drops a few degree. Jin looks at Taehyung with panic expression, Jimin nudge his friend right arm, Namjoon look at the girls expression that now focus on Taehyung, and Suga can only look at the scene that about to unfold.
"Are we really going to the friendship because of this simple thing?" Taehyung opens his mouth again. At this point Jimin and Namjoon want to slap their hands to close Taehyung's mouth. Taehyung didn't know why the wo
"Simple...thing?" Jisoo says calmly. Emotions starts to flicker into her eyes, Lisa and Chaeyoung also start to looks like they dare Taehyung to continue.
"We all are friends, why does me and Jennie broke up have to affect the friendship? Seriously? And where is Jennie now? Don't tell me she didn't come because she's still can't face me yet?" Taehyung keeps talking, he didn't know why the words just keep pouring out from his mouth. Maybe he's disappointed that today is the first time they all meet after he and Jennie broke up but the atmosphere still tense, or maybe he just annoyed that Jennie is not coming today as if she's still not ready to see him yet.
