Three year later

“Thank you for speaking at Unicef.” A man says as they get ready to leave after the event that Namjoon gave a speech at, in America.

“It was no problem. Anything to help anyone.” Namjoon gives him a charming smile and piles into the car after the others. Jungkook sighs and lays his head back, tired.

I can’t wait to get back home.” Yoongi sighs and Namjoon nods.

“Next week we have to light the candle.” Jin reminds them. They decided to dedicate a candle to light on the day that Jae and Eun-Ae passed away.

“We’re flying back, right hyung?” Jimin asks as he looks up at Namjoon.

“Of course we are.” He smiles at Jimin. Sadness glinted in his eyes. Something even his smile can't hide.

“I miss her.” Taehyung mumbles and Hobi sighs, pecking his husband’s lips before agreeing.

“We’ll get to see her soon.” Jungkook tries to lighten things and kisses his husband’s lips.

“Eun-Ae would have been three.” Yoongi whispered and Namjoon nods. He looks at his ring and the identical ones on his husbands’ fingers.

They had gotten married two years ago, Jimin popping the question to them all. They even buried a ring at Jae’s grave.

They visited them as much as they can, talking to them both about their jobs. They’d have a picnic twice in a day. They’d have breakfast with Jae and Lunch with Eun-Ae.

Although they passed, they won’t let them rest for a moment. Constant visits.

It began getting harder when they became famous in America, but they were glad.

If they can stop anyone from feeling as they did before, then they would.

They knew how it felt like to be lost and down. To either be chemically imbalanced or the world fucked you over. They knew grief and loss, they knew hatred and self mutilation. They knew it all.

They wanted to be everyone's Jae, and help them learn to love one’s self and each other.

They wanted to be the good in everyone’s life.

To be clear: her death was NOT for them to be Idols.

The last chapter will be posted in just a few hours. Also, if your not following, please do so if you keep up with all my books. I post updates about them.

Practice self care, loves.
