It was one of those days. It was cold and raining out side, the wind picked up, making the tiny water droplets hit the glass windows, with loud pitta patta's.

The fireplace was on, warming the living room and illuminating the room with a red and orange glow.

Logan was wrapped up in a blue blanket, it his unicorn onesie, reading an Agatha Christie book, called 'The Mysterious Affair in Styles'.

'I had arrived at Styles on the 5th of July. I come now to the events of the 16th and 17th of that month.' Logan read in his head, smiling as he began the second chapter, 'For the convenience of the reader I will recapitulate the incidents of those days in as exact a manner as possible. They were elicited subsequently at the trial by a process of long and tedious cross-examinations.'

Logan continued to read his book, a smile spreading across his face, practically reaching his ears in delight, as a loud clap of lighting struck and thunder tumbled across Florida.

The intellectual trait smiled, he loved these days. Nothing to do but read and relax, cuddle up and stay warm and cozy, but of course nobody really knew this.

"Hi Logan!" Smiled Patton, a mug of honey tea, in a black mug with a dark blue tie on, in his left hand and in his right hand was a bright blue mug with cat and dogs on, filled with hot chocolate, topped with marshmallows and cream, a chocolate flake sticking out of the top.

Patton set down the tea, kissing Logan's cheek, as said trait took in the fact that his boyfriend was also in his cat onesie and pulled the Dad trait into his side, "salutations Patton."

"Whatcha reading?" Asked Patton, sipping his hot chocolate, nearly burning his mouth in the process.

The smart side picked up his tea and sipped it, sighing in satisfaction, "The Mysterious Affair at Styles, by Agatha Christie."

The childish side smiled, his eyes lighting up seeing the joy on Logan's face, the tiny smile that was gracing his face, "could you read it to me, Logan?"

"Of course." Logic flipped the book back to the first page in chapter one, he cleared his throat with a quiet cough, as Patton cuddled into his side.

"Chapter One : Go to Styles.... The intense interest aroused in the public by what was known at the time as "The Styles Case" has now somewhat subsided. Nevertheless, in view of the world-wide notoriety which attended it, I have been asked, both by my friend Poirot and the family themselves, to write an account of the whole story. This, we trust, will effectually silence the sensational rumours which still persist...."

Patton listened and even though he couldn't understand some words, even though he sometimes lost his attention, even though he was busy trying not to kiss Logan, he fell asleep. Not out of boredom, but by being lulled to sleep by Logan's soft, soothing voice.

Logan noticed his boyfriend at chapter five, so, he placed the cat and dog bookmark he had, a gift from Patton, into the page and shut his book. He wrapped his arms around Patton.

"Have a good sleep dear." He whispered, taking off the happy side's glasses and placing them on the coffee table.

He took his own off and placed them down, before closing his eyes, letting sleep wash over him.
