Fight//Jughead

You were sitting on Jughead's couch waiting for him to get home. He said he had a last minute job but he still hasn't returned, which made you worry.

"Hey it's Jughead leave me a message."
BEEP
"Jughead Jones where the hell are you!?" You said into your phone. "Get home soon, I love you."

A couple minutes later, Jug stumbled through the door, in pain. "Oh my goodness Jug!" You said hopping up and running over. You put his arm around your shoulder as you shut the door and laid him on the couch. "What happened?" You asked with worry.

"Agh. I-I got into a fight with some Ghoulies." He responded. You got the first aid kit as he removed his jacket and shirt, revealing a few stab marks and bruises. "Oh Juggie." You whispered as you pulled out the alcohol and cotton.

"This will sting." You said as you soaked the cotton ball. He groaned in pain as it made contact, making your heart break. "What were you doing with Ghoulies Jug?" You asked calmly so you wouldn't assume anything. "A sacrifice." He finally said as you got a washcloth. "What?" You asked sitting back down. "I went for a sacrifice." He said as you started to clean his face.

"Juggie what does that mean?" You asked as you carefully wiped dried blood away. "The Ghoulies told me if I showed up alone tonight then no one will get hurt." He said flinching at the cold. "What? You went and sacrificed yourself so no one would get hurt? That's breaking Serpent Law #1 Jug!" You exclaimed.

He closed his eyes, "I know but I didn't want anyone getting hurt!" He exclaimed back. "Welcome to the serpents Jug people get hurt but if we do we do it together because in Unity there is Strength!" You said raising your voice with every word. "Why didn't you call for backup!? Or even tell anyone!?"

"Because they were going to kill you!" Jughead yelled. "Malachi called me and said 'come alone tonight by Sweetwater River, or your pretty little girlfriend jus might be killed in front of you' HOW DO YOU THINK I FELT Y/N!?" "I WOULD'VE TOLD YOU AND FOUND OUT A COMPROMISE!" You yelled.

"I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU'DVE DONE THIS IS ME AND I DID WHAT I NEEDED TO TO PROTECT YOU BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!" He finished. It was silent for a couple seconds before you began again, "Jug I love you too, I was so worried." You said quietly. He exhaled and closed his eyes. "I'm ok Y/N I promise." He said. You smiled and pulled him in for a kiss, which he deepened.

You pulled away, "Ok just, never do something that stupid again." "Ok." He smiled and went for another kiss. You and Jug's fights could never last long.
