"His name is Reggie Mantle, do you remember him?" She asked. You and Jug looked at each other. Great. "Yes, we went to high school with him. He was quite the player back then," You laughed looking at Jug knowing the double meaning of 'player'.
"Yes he tells me he was the best football player in town," Lexi went on. "Sure, I mean there were others that were really good," Jug said. "Sure sure, anyway we should get going, nice meeting you," She says as she and Sasha left.
You looked at Jug and buried your face in his chest, "Great, just great," You groaned as he wrapped his arms around you. "It's going to be ok Y/N/N, I bet he's changed just like Chuck did," He says. "Juggie he humiliated me in that stupid book, giving me a 4/10 what the hell," You say.
"That was 7 years ago and Betty and Cheryl burned the book, it's history. Let's move on and focus on our life now," Jug said pulling away, "I'm going to go make dinner." You say as his phone starts to ring, he nods as he walks into your bedroom and answers the call.
You whip up some chicken, tofu, and salad during the duration of his call while setting the table. Jug walked out as you set down water glasses, "Guess who has a last minute press conference this weekend!" He says stretching out his arms.
You squealed, "Omg Jug that's great! I'm so happy for you!" You exclaim, running into his arms for a hug. "And they're going to make an exception and let you sit next to me during the interview!" He says into your hair.
You smile, "When do we leave?" You ask. "In a couple of days, we'll spend a night in a hotel," Jughead said. "Yay! This'll be fun! Now come eat," You say as you two sat and enjoyed the rest of the night.
