I'ts been 2 weeks since we got caught, but we still found ways to hangout with each other outside of school. All of our friends know what happened and how we got caught, they also know what happened and how it happened with our brothers. They argued during school at breakfast, but kept going outside of school and started fighting causing them to get shot because the cop "claimed" they were about to pull out guns. It's spring break and my parents should be back and time today. Let's just say I'm scared as hell. My brother didn't do anything but I know my parents will. I got out of bed and put on some shorts and a tied up t-shirt then walked downstairs to see them talking to Dae.

Dae: Huh, good thing you're up

Your parents looked at you and they looked so disappointed, but you really didn't care anymore. You shouldn't have to deal with their beef for them.

Mom: What the hell were you thinking?!

You: I shouldn't have to deal with your beef for you

You shrugged and walked into the kitchen

Dad: You know this has been going on for 2 years right?

You: Yeah

You opened up the fridge and grabbed the juice, eggs, and milk. You set them by the stove

Mom: And you're sitting here acting like you don't care!

You: I don't

Mom: Come here

You looked at her to see what she would do if you didn't

Mom: If you don't bring yo ass here right now

You walked over to her and she slapped you. You held your face

Dae: Woah, mom I think-

Mom: Your brother got shot because of Bryson's brother! And you still went and hung out with him

Dae: That's not a reason to-

Mom: Daeshawn, go upstairs

Dae: Ma, this really isn't-

Mom: GO. UP. STAIRS

He stood up and slowly walked upstairs

Mom: Tory

He stood up and walked upstairs too. Your dad didn't say a word he just walked upstairs shaking his head

*Bryson's POV*

It's Monday and I knew exactly what Dae had coming. Her parents were coming home and I already knew how they were. My brother busted into the room

Mark: Daeshawn just called me

You: Why do you still have his number

Mark: Cus both of our parents agreed to help us keep you two a- Never mind

You: No, no, finish what you were saying

Mark: They wanted me and Daeshawn to keep you two apart

I sighed

You: What were you saying at first

Mark: Um... Her mom went a little too hard on her and she's in the hospital. Daeshawn just came over to talk to our parents and they said you could go see her.

You: You're lying

Mark: Just get dressed. They're gonna drop you off at the hospital

You: I know you're lying. After everything you all just did you want me to believe you'd let me see her?!
