𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟯 ━━ PLANET C-53.
"HEY, uh..., Blondie," Aella's eyes widening as she watched the hinges of her door fly off, Carol adverting her gaze to the broken off door that flew away in the middle of space.
Another part of the bottom broke off, rapidly another hinge broke off and within minutes the two of them spiraling downwards towards Earth as they struggled to hold onto their only hope of transporting them safely.
Without thinking as they reached into the atmosphere of the Earth, the clouds touching the parts of their exposed bodies, they each held unto each other tightly. Even more tightly as they found themselves seeing buildings on Earth, and then falling faster because of the force of gravity that pulled the both of them down.
At the nick of night, the two women crashed down into a building. Aella falling on top of Carol as Carol broke her fall.
"Well, at least I didn't break anything." Aella enthusiastically spoke. Her body still on Carol's-now getting up, she dusted herself off before looking at back to see that Carol looked just a bit more disheveled than usual.
"Yeah," Carol's voice coming out a bit raspy as she drily coughed, "-that's because I broke your fall." Getting up from the ground, Carol searched around the perimeter.
Aella looking around for any threats as well, calling out for someone else's presence in the room if there, "Is anybody here?" Hearing nothing but her and Carol's movements she continued to talk, "So...Blondie, mind explaining to me as to why you're on Earth? Helping people really isn't my motto but I don't have much really to do with Earth."
"Then, why'd you follow me?" Carol questioned the former assassin. Walking backwards she accidentally hit Aella from the back.
"...I don't know, a new start I guess. Never found much in being an assassin and it just wasn't worth it." Aella facing Carol as she also hit into her from behind.
"Is this like some redemption arc for you?" Carol suggested before her eyes widening, Aella looking where Carol finished her question.
"It's not-," Aella cut herself off as Carol already shot a blast at the cardboard, earning a glare of fire from Aella.
Holding her hands up in defense, "What? I thought it was a threat." Carol avoiding Aella's fiery stare.
"Well, obviously it wasn't but it's cool." As long as it wasn't my head. Shooting the blonde a fake smile who gave a fake smile right back.
