At was a quiet night. Chloe snuck to the Hyland's backdoor and knocked slowly. Josh answered with a small smile.
"Hi Chloe. How are you?"
She stared into his dreamy eyes.
"Good. Um, can I come in?" She asked.
"Oh sure! But not to long, Maddie is coming over very soon."
"That's the thing...about Maddie." She struggled to squeak.
"Oh. What's that?" Josh questioned a little uncomfortably.
"She...is....cheating on you!" Chloe gasped.
"But, how? Who? Chloe..."
"Kiss me now."
He looked shocked then pressed his lips to hers. The kiss easily lasted ten minutes. He wrapped her in his arms and fell to the ground, the wet grass prickling her legs.
The door snapped open.That is when they came up for air and saw a pair of neon blue Converse in the doorway.
"Paige! It's not what it..."
She looked terrified and ran inside, purposely locking the door.
