{ Ten }

(3rd Person POV.)

"There's a lot you don't know about me baby," Forth said and pulled Beam closer to him, the smaller laying on his chest.

"Tell me then, I want to get to know you," Beam said looking up at Forth smiling and just being adorable. It's a rare side of Beam that only Wayo and Kit have seen, not even Pha has seen this side of Beam before. 

"I'll tell you later, today's all about you babe. We've still got some time, what do you wanna do?" Forth asked checking the time on his phone. 

5:15 PM - 2 hours until he has to bring Beam back.

"I don't know, this is pretty fun," Beam said and cuddled closer to Forth while they laid there listening to the water and talking. 

The two laid there until it was time for Beam to go back to the rehab center. Beam really didn't want to go back but he made a promise to Forth that he would get better, no matter what it takes. 

"I'll text you later, have a good night baby," Forth said kissing Beam's cheek before leaving, not even giving Beam a chance to say goodbye. 

Beam just smiled and blushed before going to his therapy session. 

- 2 months after that 'date' - Last Week the day before Beam was drugged - 

Beam was laying in bed, extremely tired from his bi-weekly check up and drug test that he didn't even realize that someone had walked into his room. Pha was currently out on a date with Wayo, he got a free-day out since he's been doing so well with his treatments and Kit was in his weekly check-up so Beam was alone in their room. 

"Hey, I'm Tin, one of the new nurses here. Are you Beam?" Tin asked and Beam nodded and sat up in his bed.

"Meds already? I just left the medical-wing," Beam said confused why Tin was bringing him his meds despite just leaving the medical area. 

"The doctor sent me to bring you your anxiety meds, he forgot to give them to you before you left," Tin explained. 

"Only take them when you need to, I'll leave a note for your roommates to let them know that you can take these," Tin added and Beam nodded and gave Tin a small smile.

- the next day - 1 AM -

"Beam, you feeling alright?" Kit asked and Beam shook his head. His anxiety has been pretty bad the past few days, he isn't sure why he just has a bad feeling about something. 

"Take your meds, it'll help calm you down a bit Beamie," Pha said and handed the 'anxiety' meds to Beam with a water bottle. Beam nodded and took the two pills no problem and then laid down in his bed waiting for them to take effect. 

4 hours later Kit went to check on Beam and found the youngest passed out and barely breathing. That was when they realized something was wrong. It was also when the realized that Beam may have been lying to them about wanting to get better...

- Present Day - 3 Days After the OD - 

Forth ended up leaving Beam's hospital room before the younger woke up and before PhaKit had a chance to see him there.

- 2 hours later - 

"I'm done with him. If he calls or texts you asking to talk to me tell him to fuck off." Beam said turning off his phone and giving it to Kit. Beam was pissed off. 

"What happened?" Wayo asked and Beam sighed running his hand through his hair. 

"He did the same thing you did to me... played with my heart, made me fall for him, and then left..." Beam said and Wayo looked at the ground sadly. 

"I'm not mad at you Wayo, we're cool now, but I never want to talk to Forth again after this," Beam said and that made Wayo smile again and got up hugging Beam. 

"If our lives were different back then I would've said yes, but fate had different plans for both of us, and I'm happy about that, you deserve someone who actually loves you, who will treat you right, and I wasn't that person for you... but Forth might be... and I know he's already fucked up and proven he's a cheater, but he's a good guy, you just have to give him time to sort out his problems, and you need to sort yours out too. Don't worry about your love life until you get better, otherwise, you're just gonna get worse. Got it?" Wayo said and Beam nodded and hugged Wayo hiding his face in the younger's neck. He needed to hear that, someone needed to say that to him, he was surprised that it was his EX that said it, but it needed to be said. 

"You two dated?" Now it was Pha's turn to be confused. He knew that Beam and Wayo had a past together but he didn't realize that they had dated and nearly got engaged.

"Yeah, all four years of high school, then after graduation I proposed and he said no. Not even a week later you two started dating and that's how you and I met." Beam said to Pha who nodded while listening. 

"You're in love with Forth?" Kit asked and Beam shook his head. 

"Not anymore, I don't need a repeat of the past, I'm better off alone right now, Yo's right, I need to focus on getting sober instead of falling in love again," Beam said and Wayo hugged the older before getting up and sitting on Pha's lap on the couch. 

"We'll help you get better. We're in this together Beamie," Kit said and Pha nodded agreeing. 

"I love you guys," Beam said to Pha and Kit who smiled and said that they loved Beam too. 

"Oh, and they arrested Tin last night, Forth's pissed off but I don't really care right now," Beam said, a cop had come in earlier that morning and let Beam know that they had arrested Tin for nearly killing him.
