You walk to the shoreline. The sound of the waves hitting the shore was familiarly calming to listen. The pattern they did repeat looked satisfying, smooth sand below your feet shrunk all the irritating things from your mind. The sun rays' heat played on your skin, the day was warm. You felt like going for a swim but even though the village wasn't that close you didn't want to risk anyone seeing those markings on your legs. It was frustrating not to know anything about yourself, you hardly knew what you were and why. It sounded ridiculous. As you walked along the bright screaming blue water you noticed this odd thing that floated on the water, you've never seen anything like it, must've been humans doings. You got curious, investigating it sounded so tempting you couldn't retreat.

On the thing, you noticed it didn't sink into those peaceful movements the water made, but it conformed them. It didn't feel the exact same as actually being on the ocean, but it seemed the closest thing to it. You walked the end of the thing, kneeling to seek the blue beauty beneath you. You reached your hand towards it like you wanted it to swallow you whole. The salty cool water hit your fingers, then your hand, you allowed it to flow through. It made you feel purified and simply good. Your eyes looked so enchanted and joyful, you've probably never seemed so relieved. You couldn't help but smile as gently as you could.

You stood on your knees and revealed your elf ears, then by couple movements by your hands called drops of water to play around each other. You laughed a bit as they seemed to have lives of their own in front of your eyes. You changed their forms creating spirals and different kinds of shapes. It felt like it was only you and those playful drops of water, the surroundings disappeared.

"So you still do that thing, huh?"

The voice next to you scared you and the drops fell back to the ocean. You lift your gaze just a bit to notice Meliodas standing next to you.

"Oh, shortie.." You say back with an irritated tone.

He chuckles, "still mad at me, are you."

Your face goes confused, "you're the one raging on me all the time, remember."

His grin doesn't fade as he stares the horizon, "I was just looking out for my team."

You turn your eyes on the horizon too, "yeaaaaah right well a quick reminder I'm not part of it technically, but thanks I guess. Don't need your concern tho." You roll your eyes and straighten your arms behind you to lay on them.

He looks at you without your notice, "what's that?"

You quickly turn to meet his green eyes and before you get to react his question you feel his warm hand on your cheek, you mess up breathing, your eyes widen and you feel your cheeks heating up. You feel his thumb slowly sliding back and forth at the edge of the cut, Elizabeth didn't heal it?

"It- I mean it's- ju.. just a cut", you clumsily stutter, "Elizabeth might've not seen it, no biggie."

The heat his hand radiated to your skin felt like something you've never felt, it made you miss times with him. At last, he was the first person you really got to know. Somehow you learned new about him every day, he never quits surprising, it got your curiosity. It trapped you into a trans you didn't want to escape from, but you felt like you'd never have.

With soft moves, he slid his hand on your chin, with his eyes he sought the wound and other features on your face. His fingers on your chin quickly brought a flashback from today's earlier events. Your heart started to squeeze and your breathing fastens, you just had to turn your face away.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

You felt dizzy, your shoulder wasn't doing perfectly either. That fairy you know him from somewhere, don't you?
