I smiled as we walked into Lady Tremaine's. Looking around, I saw Dizzy, who was sweeping.

I quietly snuck up behind her, Evie next to me.

I tapped her shoulder. "Percy!" She said with excitement, then she saw Evie, "Evie!! You came back!!"

She hugged her happily. I grinned

"Oh yeah.. I'm here too.." Mal mumbled

Evie laughed and hugged Dizzy back.

"Is it all just like we imagined? Do they really have closets you can walk into? Have you been to a real swimming pool? What does ice cream taste like?" Dizzy asked quickly

"It's cold and it's sweet and if you eat it too fast you get a headache" Evie said to her

"Really?" Dizzy said, grinning. E nodded.

"I saved your old sketch book for you!" Diz said, grabbing a book

"You did..?" Evie asked

I went to Mal and we began mixing chemicals for the smoke bombs.

I smiled as I listened to the girls behind us talk. I looked at Mal.

"Are you okay?" I asked her, setting a hand on her shoulder. She looked at me

"Yeah.. I'm fine.. and Percy.. I promise we'll get Ben back. It's my fault he's here in the first place and I won't let him get hurt. For your sake" she said

I smiled "thanks Mal... I really appreciate that" I said, hugging her happily.

She hugged me back. She looked at Evie

"We should let them catch up" I said, finishing up the final smoke bomb.

She nodded

"Hey Evie. We'll catch up with you later" I said to her. She nodded and grinned.

Mal and I left the shop, heading back down the street

We were talking about the major curses of history for whatever reason.

"That one was epic. It went on for actual days" I said

"Yeah but Sleeping Beauty's went on for years" Mal said

"Like it mattered right? They were both undone by true Love's kiss" I said, "works every time"

"That's what you and Ben have isn't it?" Mal asked. I shrugged

"I guess so.." I said softly, looking at the ground below us as we walked up the stairs.

"Percy..?" She asked, "what is it?"

"I have a lot of explaining to him" I said

"Why?" She asked

"Harry kissed me" I said

"He did?!" Mal said loudly

"Yep! And in front of Ben too... Harry's mad at me for leaving..." I sighed, "it's all so screwed up.."

"Harry will get over it... And Ben is so understanding" Mal said, patting my shoulder.

I smiled "thanks Mal"

She sighed "I'm not going back Percy... I can't... I really tried to tell you.." she said

I nodded

"But I mean I saw the way your face lit up when we were told we were going... You don't belong here Percy. You're an Auradon girl. I'm not... I am and will always be the girl from the Isle" she explained

I sighed and took her hand

"I know" I said
