‘Skyla, I knew from the day I saw you on the park bench that you were special. When you looked up at me with your teary big blue eyes, I was hooked. I knew that you were going to make my life amazing. We may be young, we may be stupid and reckless, but we’re only human and no one, no one will ever stop me from loving you. I can not imagine live without you, so Skyla Morris, will you marry me?’
There I said it, I couldn’t wait any longer. The whole time I was looking into her eyes, which were tearing up. She slowly nodded. I stood up and grabbed her face, I placed my lips on hers and pulled away and said, ‘Is that a yes?’
‘You’re joking right? Of course it is a yes! I love you Lukey bear’
‘I love you too Sky.’ She looked at the ring and smiled, a real smile. Her eyes shining like no tomorrow. I slid the ring onto her finger and before I could speak she pulled me into a hug. I wrapped my arms around her neck and she wrapped her small arms around my waist. I kissed the top of her head and smiled to myself.
Soon after there was crowds of applause. I looked up to see that the whole island was standing around us, they saw the whole proposal. I smile again and pull Skyla away. We go up to our room, and she runs to get her suitcase. I look at her confused, ‘Um babe, why are you packing?’
‘I’m not packing, I’m looking for my bracelet you gave me.. I haven’t had it since the fight with Mandi.’
