You shine out of the darkness but you're the opposite of sun not opposite of light
I dance when you're around you're light isn't warm but isn't cold
You were walked on never stepped on your light finds me when the sun doesn't
The stars like close cousins lighting up the sky while you light my eyes
Under appreciated when the suns here so are you
And when it leaves I love you more
Even though you were always here
But no matter how bright the sun shines you're patient
When he sleeps you gather your light and bestow it upon the earth when the fire is burnt out
So I sit on my couch ...thinking bout you
With the only thing connecting us is the moonlight we bath in at night while the stars watch
And my heart stops in anticipation to see you one day
Until then I lay here looking at the moon ...knowing you see it too
I don't know who you are yet...but I'm thinking about you
