Kota
I was glad to see Sang getting along with my sister and the Toma teams bird, all three were happily conversing amongst themselves while us dogs sat to the side watching. Sang had officially been introduced to the entire Toma team and after getting their names had banished us from the little chat she'd been having with the two other birds in the house. I couldn't help being curious what they were talking about but seeing Sang laughing and seemingly happy was an amazing sight, it made me wonder how she would take meeting the other birds in the community.
I had a strong feeling she would like the two married team birds but I wanted to see how she would act around the two single birds that Jess roomed with, especially once she knew their history. "So how exactly did you guys meet her again?" Marc quizzed as he sent another glance to where Sang was telling the other two something on a whisper. "Well the doc and I were looking for some herbal stuff when a wild boar attacked us, and then suddenly the pigs got an arrow through it and drops dead almost on top of me. The next thing I know this scrawny kid comes running in with his wolf pet, let's us know we aren't doomed to die and starts fixing up our wounds." Luke starts out first.
"Yeah, then he makes up some tea that's supposed to help pain and ends up being a sedative instead which puts both of us to sleep." Sean continues and looks of curiosity and confusion pass around the Toma team. "What do you mean 'he' came to help?" Corey seemed puzzled. "We're getting to that, so our unconscious selves got stuffed into the backseat of our car and drove back to where everyone else was waiting." Luke stated animatedly. "We all went out with weapons drawn to see who had captured our brothers while North circled around behind the kid." I grin slightly at North scowling my way.
"The kid didn't try posing any threat so Nathan and Kota dragged the two injured f***ers out to see them conked out, then kid admitted to drugging them before North attacked." Gabe smirks out. "They fought, North ripped off the kids wig, and then there was this beautiful blond bird underneath. The next thing any of us knew she flipped him and had a knife at his throat, she made it clear if we tried anything we were all dead. Then she let North go and got some of us to help her drag the dead pig carcass off the horses back, before roasting it over the fire for dinner." Nathan shrugs and Raven is laughing loudly at North who looks ready to murder the Russian at any moment.
"So that is how we all met the strange little bird, she found out we were heading in the same direction and decided to stick around." Owen states clearly as Raven's laughter cuts down to mild chuckles. "Well you've certainly had an eventful last few weeks." Axel raises. "You have no idea." North growls out before another round of laughs from the girls draws our attention. I'm not sure what to do when the Russian suddenly gets up and heads for their group and as soon as Sang notices him they all grow quiet as they study him curiously, what now?

I watched as Raven took a seat beside Kayli before picking her up and plopping her in his lap as she giggled softly. I'd quickly learned that the Blackbourne team was a quirky bunch who liked to joke and prank each other more than most. I also learned that many were failed attempts from some experiences Kayli and Jess had so kindly shared, how Luke got stuck upside down in a chimney is one thing I would love to know. "So little bird, is it true you flipped West?" Raven's question had me grinning, good to know the boys remember my abilities.
