Finishing up the day was easier than expected. Minus the occasional glance or glare he got from other students, Yuri thought that he might actually be fine. That was until he thought about his academical performance.
Yuri had always been a straight A student, how could he not with weekly tutor sessions and cram school. The boy was hoping that he would't be having that when they moved to Russia, but luck failed him (once again) because the moment he stepped into their humble apartment, Yuri was faced with a stranger and his mother wearing a staged smile across her face.
"Hi honey, how was school?" his mother's sickly sweet voice asked. He gave her a forced smile and responded that everything was well. "Oh I almost forgot to mention! This woman will be your new tutor. Just because we moved somewhere new doesn't give you an excuse to drop your grades." she scolded.
The second his mom stepped out of the living room, Yuri was already familiar with what to do, he placed his bag onto the coffee table and sat down on the couch in front of it.
"My name is Emilia Keller, you can call me Ms. Keller or Emilia, I really don't mind," she remarked as she took the seat beside Yuri. "I already know your name since your mother told me, so let's just get started."
Hitting the bed with a heavy thud 2 hours and 30 minutes later, the feeling of hunger and exhaustion waved at him. Yuri's head was begging for sleep, while his stomach, food. It wasn't a very hard decision in which to please first.
Hastily, he took off his pants leaving his body in just a shirt and boxers. Yuri then proceeded to slip his body under the dark blue comforter for a source of warmth. Once he was settled in, he lost consciousness in the matter of seconds.
A blue ocean, far as thee I can see. The summer air and the warmth that it invites
In the midst of it all stood a boy. A boy who's face he had seen countless of times before. A boy who once meant everything to him.
"Who are you?" his idiotic question baffled him as well.
"Has it been that long that you've forgotten about me already, Yuri?"
He wasn't surprised as the boy said his name. But what did surprise him was the boy that was once wearing a warm smile, dropped to the golden sand. Yuri didn't fail to notice the pool of what seemed like blood.
"I love you, Yuri"
"No! Please don't go! Hir-"
Yuri woke up panting, a thin layer of sweat coating his body.
"Fuck!" He groaned in frustration. By now, he was already sitting on his bed gripping his hair as hard as he could. The image of the boy playing over and over again in his head taunting him- no... mocking him.
Yuri knew who he was, how could he forget? Every time he fell asleep he would dream the same thing.
He couldn't stop the tears from falling as he recalled the past events. Suddenly, a wave of nausea hit him. Yuri quickly rushed to the restroom and since hadn't eaten anything the whole day, he vomited acid and was painfully dry heaving.
Only one thought entered his head, ' It should've been me.'

Fortunately finished, Yuri made his way to the kitchen to give his stomach the pleasure of having food.
He opened the cup boards to see quite the load of food. He was caught up between a cup of instant ramen, or some celery sticks. Sighing, he thought 'No way in hell,' and grabbed the ramen 'If I'm not gonna fucking eat tomorrow, then I might as well eat this today.'
Once Yuri had his food and sat down on kitchen table's chair, had he noticed that it was already nearing the evening.
The first slurp of noodles he took made him feel slightly bad that he was eating. But, finishing the whole bowl made him want to puke everything he just ate. Yuri glanced down to look at his stomach, and seeing how bloated it was, threw all of his common sense out the window. He began over thinking, all the voices he pushed down awhile ago, coming back.
You fat piggy
Are you sure you should've eaten that much?
That was a lot of calories
Just throw up, it'll make you skinny again~
Hearing all that made him drop to the floor. His hands were tightly gripping his hair, begging for the voices to stop. But they just wouldn't. A sob racked through his body as his breathing gradually worsened, to top it all of... he heard the front door slam shut, indicating his mom had come back home.
"What is that sound!" at this point Yuri was sure he was hyperventilating, and all he wanted to do at the moment was just run away and hide. Although, it didn't make it much easier that he was situated at the living room floor.
He tried his best to pull himself up, to go to the comfort of his room. It was no use, every time he got up, he'd fall back to the scratchy carpet due to lack of oxygen and wobbly knees. The footsteps were nearing.
An oblivious mother had finally walked inside the room to see her son on the floor gasping for air. "Y-yuri?"
'Shit'

Fanfic"Mom, how much longer?" He whispered. "A little more now keep quiet." Yuri sighed at the response. The boy knew as of now she wasn't fond of him, not after what had happened. Finally, they were boarding the plane. 'Here's to a new life.' He thoug...
