I wake up when I hear a yell. 'What in Hades?' I think. My eyes are still closed, and I don't bother to open them. I hear that voice again.

"What do you mean two months?! They'll be here for two more months?! What the Hades?!" Super Boy's now easily distinguishable voice yells.

"Hey," I hear my sister say, sounding annoyed. "I don't especially want to be here either. I'd much rather be home with my mom and my dad and my sister, but instead you guys arrested us, so now we're stuck here. You brought it upon yourselves. Now, shut up so you don't wake up Alice."

'To late for that,' I think, but I don't say it aloud.

"And why should I?" Super Boy asks.

"Because you're already the reason that she got sick. You startled her, freaked her out, and stressed her out. She has anxiety. Those things do not go together at all for anyone, let alone her. We think that the reason that she got sick was that she had a really bad anxiety attack. An anxiety attack that, mind you, you caused."

Honestly, I'm not sure if what I had was an anxiety attack. It might have been, but I've had them before and they've never been like that. I honestly have no idea.

"Do you even know how to shut up Cheshire? Cuz if not, you should really learn."

I groaned and stirred, making it seem like I was starting to wake up. The room fell silent. Jade walks over to me and starts stroking my hair. I pretend to go back under, but Jade knows better. I knew that she wouldn't rat me out though, and sure enough, she doesn't.

"Whatever," She growls. "I'm done talking to you."

"Fine," He snaps and leaves the room.

Jade mutters something under her breath that I can't understand because it's too quiet.

I choose now to pretend to wake up. "What's going on?" I ask.

"I was just informing everyone that you and your sister's interrogations will be in a little less than two months." Batman says. I nod.

"However," Green Arrow says. "The League agrees that just sitting in this room with nothing to do is boring. So, as a reward for her good behavior, Alice will be given an hour every day in the gym with a punching bag. She will get more time and privileges if her good behavior continues. They same will apply to Cheshire when she stops attempting to break out. Alice, I'll pick you up to take you to the gym at 5."

My jaw drops. I get to actually do something? That I like? FOR AN HOUR EVERY DAY?! Cool!

"That is all," The infamous Batman says and leaves the room.Red Arrow and Kid Flash run over to me and Jade. Man, how we had managed to make friends here, much less cute ones, still confuses me. But, whatever. I'm not complaining.

"Did you hear that, Arty?" KF asks me. "You get an hour in the gym every day! Isn't that awesome?"

I nod in response. Red looks over at my sister, who he's sitting next to. "You'll get to, too Chesh, once you stop trying these worthless breakout attempts." My sister only shrugs in reply.

'KF and Red are great and all,' I can't help but think. 'But Jade and I will be in prison by year's end. So, why are we trusting and making friends with them?'

A/N PLEASE READ THIS! I'm sorry that it's short, as usual. But, I'm starting to get a little writer's block. Anyway, I NEED your input on this. Should I just kinda not go into Roy and Jade's and Arty and Wally's friendships, or should I do (a) chapter(s) about them? Also, should I keep this story only Arty's POV or should I include Wally, Jade and Roy's, too? I'm leaning towards the latter on the last question, but your thoughts would be awesome. I need to know what YOU guys wanna read. Seriously, please answer. Anyway, thanks for reading this! TTYL!-Emma
